- 1) What do you take before and after, and are you supposed to drink water during? Nothing. I run/do cardio on a fasted state. Definitely you need to pause a bit and rehydrate.
2) People take an amino acid type of drinks afterwards does that help? Never tried this
3) is there anything i should be concerned about? Not really but be sure to never skip your warm up. Get those knees and ankles warmed up for about 5 to 10 minutes.
4) do pods stay put when you're running? i am thinking of investing in a pair not airpods, but something else. You can buy an armband for your phone and can still run with wired earphones.
5) how do you play music? on your smartwatch or on a phone? if you have a phone do you have one of those arm things? i have one anyways and i have a smart watch i have never used- 200 $ down the drain My phone. A smartwatch is just an unneeded expense for me. I'd rather spend that money on dumbbells, a good yoga mat and plyo boxes.
