Because I personally believe it's the later...woman's standards have definitely lowered along with their clothing and morals! You make yourself into the person you believe he is interested in, talking the talk and walking the walk when in reality...he's only interested in "that" as a root/quicky/fuck whatever you call it these days..

and the one that really catches his eye and holds his attention is the one that doesn't give it all away in one glance or one conversation...she's the one that he has to prove himself to..

A Friend of mine is dating a Gem. They've been together since Jan this year, however he works away 3 weeks out of 4 so most communication is over the phone. Calls at nights at first and texts during the day. When he is on leave they enjoy everything form sex marathon sessions to going out and all the normal stuff...even bringing the children on both sides into the equation recently. He sometimes pays for her to fly up to where he stays, if he hasn't got his kids for that weekend.

Lately, he's been more distant when he goes back to work. Phone calls have stopped but still texts and now snap chats and sends photos? She feels that's distant or change...what should she do? Is it a normal thing or is he getting too comfortable? I've suggested mirroring his actions but somehow I think she just want to keep it alive and not to start going downhill so early in the relationship. I mean, common, they only see each other once a month!

The Cappy I know was full on in the beginning...I haven't been very receptive because I only see him as a friend. He keeps in contact and keeps trying to get me alone but nothing over the top...I keep thinking, I need to have that talk with him but he's not forcing anything...so it hasn't come about yet.

I think that if you show interest and he wants you he will be all out there...but then I feel all men are like that...until they get what they want!

So question really is, What is he looking for? ^^^ this guy I believe wants a full on commitment
