is worth saving?

Do you weigh the good with the bad? Do you listen to your head or your heart or take it all into account?

I'm not talking unfaithfulness or anything over the top but more disagreements, differing outlooks and ways of handling things. My partner runs from any confrontation, he just wants to stick his head in the sand and have nothing to do with it and I find it very frustrating as I want to talk it through and resolve. I'm not sure I can keep sweeping things under the carpet to keep the peace, I know what will happen and that is I will become a volcano and then one day explode!

Now after he left the other day because he didn't want to know...I'm left with, does all his great points make up for this one weakness that I find unbearable?

Quite simply the truth hurts...

P delivers it bluntly as she sees it and people can't take it and take offence at the messenger.

Does she care what you think of her? NO, and you are more offended because you think she should.

You are merely someone on the internet asking advice, she doesn't know you or pretend to.

Many a times I have read some peoples OP's here and think they are just plain stupid with their questions, some people are just thick and want acceptance for their own stupidity!! And if it is pointed out, then they get upset rather than look at it as someone else's view on what is happening in their situation. Look at both sides of the coin, it's never going to be one sided!

The other day we decided to take a road trip to another state 10 hours away. At the back of my mind I thought...better ring my insurance and check my windscreen is covered under my policy.

Sure enough, 3 hours before we reach home a car flicks stones up at us and cracks the windscreen...

Intuition or common sense??

Not sure there but I have definite intuitive thoughts/warnings which I don't always tune into properly and heed!

Nope don't believe in unconditional love unless it's blood. i.e.: children, siblings, parents, grandparents.

Love dies or ends or changes and becomes friendship or comfort and then come the conditions. Without conditions, you will get walked over. There will always be conditions!
