1. I am a libra! And we get ourselves so worked up about guys, SO fast and most times, completely unwarrented. This is something I know about myself and really really am fighting to not fantasize a life with him, but focus on the REALITY of him...tough for me, but easy, because it's him...

Yes muse...get the facts first before getting carried away in your head, so easily done with us reading into their suggestions or statements. Ask blunt questions and dont be afraid of the answers. I found that I had to do exactly that and now things are much more clearer on his/our intentions...but before that I was second guessing what he was saying and reading more or sometimes less into it! As you are already in a good friendship with him you can trust that he will be more open to telling you...that comes because there already is an element of trust/honor.


2. Our friendship is very valuable to me, and I know it is to him also. It's a strange feeling to be so protective of that aspect that it's almost paralyzing to do anything about the growing physical and emotional aspect of our relationship. He really is one of my greatest friends.

I felt exactly that!!! ^^^^^ still do in some ways, too scared to cross the line of no return, but truth of the matter is...we already have...in our minds and what has been expressed. (I wont see him til Feb & it's been 14 yrs since i have...) I have experienced some insecurities since we reconnected 8 months ago...and even when I felt that maybe he had someone else or maybe he wasnt as genuine as I had thought and I went through personal anguish...at the end, I came back to...if he is happy then I'll be happy for him. I couldnt think badly of him and I think it's because the friendship is too deep to be ruined...But you will have to come to this conclusion yourself, and I'm sure you will;


3. He's given me enough indication that he wants me to move there, that he is excited about it. That he really cares for me as a friend and lover. I don't need more of a reason to see if there is something important here, there is, and I'm going to find out what...

Good for you, better to have loved and lost than not at all!!!! Put down your guard and forget what other men may have done and take a chance on love...who better to trust this to than a best friend?

Oh he's also told me that I am good enough to sit at the throne with the King!!! Hahaha...normally I'd have a smart arse comeback...actually I did...told him I'd have him purring...

Things are going great with me and my Leo, we seem to be on the same page and find alot of time to talk with each other and really getting to know each others minds and thoughts. Wont be long now til we see each other again but I think this way is great for setting a strong foundation based on friendship first....I can ask him almost anything as he has the flood gates wide open, so far I havent really struck any nerve with him...and a couple of times I've tried...naughty me!! just to see how he'd handle it but to no avail...

Anyway the last couple of times we have been conversing he has added a word which I'm not sure why...for instance I sent a nice email to him one day and later when we were on line he commented love you love your email...I took it as a mistake and never mentioned anything and we just chatted on. Then last night he had to go as he got busy at work and he signed off, love, nothing else just love....curious

I guess sometimes feelings can get quite strong even over the net as all you can really do is communicate and it can go to depths...and with us it does

BUT, I dont mess with that word....do you guys??? What does it mean to a Leo? We Libra's love the thought and idea of Love too...

Yep it's our moods...it's not like a gradual build up, it's instantaneous and could be a reaction to something you just said or the way you said it or something we were thinking and SNAP!!! you've worn it! But just as fast as it happened then it is forgotten too...

His mother would've become a Jehovah's Witness after they got married, mostly JW's dont marry out of their religion although it can be done. And her husband will see from her works that she is a good testiment to her God. She will very rarely preach to him but he will know all about it because it's a complete life style . My father-in-law was also atheist and after years (20 year) of being around and learning he was baptised 10 years ago...

Oh thought you might have gotten rich and famous from that email......

I am in a similar situation but with a Leo...I think what will be will be and also to live your life accordingly..

Give it your very best shot, if you both think this is real.

Finish what you have to do, but talk to him so he understands....6 months is nothing on a lifetime, if that is what this is...

Now the best thing you should do is to re-gain your confidence back and find someone new and that loves you for exactly who you are. Put this guy behind you and not for any reason take him back. Tell yourself you can and will find better.

Yes it's hard and for some crazy reason all you will remember about the guy will be the positives, even if there are few...your mind will try to trick you into believing he is the one but CLEARLY he is not and you need to forget him completely!!

Thanks Guys and particularly LL for sharing your story...I believe that on occasion she smokes majuana but dont think she does anything further. She started to drink or wanting to when she was younger and I felt guilty because that is my thing and what I have always done around the home...but she doesnt really like it much so she very rarely bothers.

I think it is to impress, a few years back she was caught on camera with a friend stealing from a shop in a small town where my ex and I had a holiday bach...he dealt with it as we had moved on to Australia, so she never really learnt the lesson and had to own up to it and has stolen again but not been caught. I've warned her sooo many times that now at this age she will go to juevenile detention and I wont be bailing her out...I hope it hasnt fallen on deaf ears but she is always coming over with new items of clothing and yep, her bf's mother has bought it for her!!! She has just started a job part time so hopefully this is the change in her.

I will sit her down and go through it all once again of how I feel and also tell her that she isnt to be at my home unless I am around, taking away that priviledge and taking my key back! Apart from once again re-hashing the fact that what she is doing is very diappointing to me there doesnt seem to be much else. Everytime I do tell her she is up with the same answer, I didnt take it...I'm accusing her and I dont have proof so it doesnt register!!

I have a scorp mother and she really tests my patience but I met a guy about a year ago and he was absolutely loving...I have very fond memories of him and would definietly give another Scorp a go. In fact I'd probably jump the next Scorp male I meet!!!

And wasnt sure if it was a Leo trait or a teenage thing. Kids never really like to disappoint their parents but she blantantly lies...but who would admit to stealing form your own parent??? I remember stealing from my mothers piggy bank, she caught me red handed and I never did it again, she was soooo hurt but we never had much growing up and I wonder if she thinks oh well you can afford it and wont miss it but really that is beside the point.

I have a daughter born 11/8/92 17yrs. She lies, steals & lies some more...Is this a normal trait for Leo children? Especially the lying!

Other than that she has a big heart and is caring. Definetly has alot of the nicer traits of the Leo. She has never uttered a cruel or mean word even if we have fought and was supportive when my marriage fell apart...

How do I make her understand that the way she is really cuts like a knife and has caused so much damage that it's getting to be irreversible? Everyone has given up on her in the family, her dad never really had a bond with her and her sisters arent bothering but we had a good relationship and lately I've just wanted to throw my hands up because she has stolen off me again and lied. She doesnt live with me, and is living with her bf and his mother...

She has worn me down so much because I dont believe anything she says and it hurts and I keep thinking that it's just a faze she is going through and will come out of it as she matures. Some of it is the people she hangs out with, she has been bought up in a priviledge background compared to her friends. But I have never made us out to be better, her friends stayed alot at my home... in fact I think they pull her down in spite of it and this is where I think that she does some of the things she does to prove herself. We use to be close and now there is sooo much distance between us mainly because of her actions.

I'm at a lose as to how to handle this situation, I've told her she has to call me if she is coming home so that I can be there. I've told her how hurt I am by her actions but it all falls on deaf ears and she completely denys taking anything and I am 99% sure it was her!

Do I need to be really firm and cut her off or just keep being there for her til she comes around?
