Ahahahaha that may be a problem with having a younger guy. All the real exercise we need is in the sack

They have sooo much more energy and want to still play which is great if you have always maintained that life style but can be hard if you haven't. I gym regularly but I know my limitations and certainly dont over do anything, it really isnt worth all the pain afterwards!
Go with it but make sure he and you are aware of what your body can and cant take!

To be honest all that sounds way too much for me esp the one week cycle tour!!!! You got to be joking!!! I wouldn't last an hour! lol
