I'm trying to school this young Scorp dude, he is very young acting and stubborn. I can see his flaws cuz when I was young I did the same, you couldn't tell me butter, I knew it all(yeah right) I can understand him, and I have to reach him, his mentality is "cross me and I'll forever despise you, I understand that is how Scorps can be as well as Virgos, but one has to mature or suffer the consequences..gotta grow up, and listen to advice from experienced people. I want to help the young buck cuz I know already..been there done that.
Yeah, it's hard to know what angle to come in at in order to reach him.
Sometimes though, we have to learn our own lessons the hard way. Part of our soul path and what not.
Maybe you could let him know exactly that ^^^ and that you can relate to where he is at in life due to your experiences.
Let him know that if something is troubling or whatever, that your door is open to chat, without judgement. Plant the seed, let him come to you, when he believes you are genuine.
I was very 'head strong' as a young buck - Aries ascendant, but I would definately have been open to guidence from a decent male role model, my old man just wasn't there for me. In fact, he actually threw me in the deep end and said, start swimmin' son!click to expand

" I would date a Scorpio in a heartbeat again."
Asked...and answered. These two get each other and what one lacks the other compliments. Compromise also comes much easier with these two. Love..love Virgos

Lol! This might be the most hilarious forum and take on this subject I have ever read! lol
Ok S Love...Cajunspirit and 25thDecan are both psychos. Extremely funny psychos, as it seems are all Virgo men. Hence the attraction lol.
My Western sun and moon sign are both Scorpio. So I am supposedly the worst of the worst, lol, with all of my bad attributes amplified. But I believe in honesty to a fault. I absolutely believe in reciprocity, morality, and ethical behavior. I try to live by treating others as I would like to be treated. But I take it a bit further...I love God and myself. Because what does it matter if someone treats you as they would like to be treated, if they have no moral foundation and self love. Y yo hablo el espa?ol tambi?n. (25thDecan) lol
Do I like Virgo men? Well I had the same insane locked eyes across the room attraction to my first and only Virgo as you seem to be having with your co-worker. I was bar-tending at a nightclub and I swear I felt him walk into the room. I felt like I was being undressed by his stare. How did it end...think Hurricane Katrina and I was New Orleans. He is a September 2 born Virgo (like 25thDecan said...much game, little scruples).
However, what I have noticed is that, like Elorina indicated, between Virgo men and Scorpio women there is a communication problem. I like blatant honesty. Virgos seem vague or ambiguous. Like I said on another post I always felt as if I needed to write him notes with boxes that said check yes or no. I often wondered if he wasn't straight forward because he wanted to shield or spare my feelings. But I can deal with my feelings easier and resolve them quicker if I have honesty. I also like honesty because it gives a person the opportunity to make an informed decision. If you need to disappear to work something out...try something novel, like telling her before you disappear.
Will I do it again (a Virgo man)? IDK. They are like crack to me. Addictive. The high is wonderful yet I don't know if the havoc it they wreak upon your life is worth that momentary high. So why would I even consider it? The bedroom chemistry is off the chain.

Do you think there is something behind them? that was my initial impression as well. LOL
And yes domino is well domino. I could care less on what he says really we had this bout about a year ago, some people never change its sad really puberty must have decided to skip him.
Its interesting to me though cause I guess I'm always looking for the answers to more than what appears on the surface lol, and I know that there is much more to life than what most people observe.
Have you ever came up with an idea (or at least thought you did but later only to discover that it had already been invented? even if just recently) That's the theory that ones thoughts creates the actions of another.
Another good example would be have you ever wished for something to be invented and then a year or years later it does. I know both of these have happened to me in good and bad ways (the bad someone being writing the song that i made up, or at least i thought i did lol) I was so pissed to hear it on the radio.
Its an interesting concept to step back for a moment and consider that maybe we are not as individualistic as we may think and that our thoughts are being shared with other humans even if we don't realize it.

Mutual chasing (kind of a sophisticated version of the Marco Polo game) is only fun when there is mutual attraction. By the time we get to that point, the ultimate (and mutually desired) outcome is already known by both parties!

S Love, I tend to stare at people when they intrigue me in some way--sometimes because I appreciate their intelligent humor during dry meetings, sometimes because they are dressed in a way that I admire, sometimes because I am fascinated with their lazy eye, or am counting the gray hairs protruding from her chinny-chin, etc. Occasionally someone will catch me looking and mistake my inappropriate stare as an invitation.
Sometimes they mistake it as an unprovoked attempt at intimidation. It is most often neither. Scorpios are notorious getting lost in staring at someone. They mean no harm. It is rare that Scorpios stare intimately at strangers or acquaintances with perceptible intimacy.
There is a reason she shared that she is already in a relationship. Is the any chance that you are misreading her?

SL: Unless she will let that bs go
We are who we are. And... the odds of you, the New Guy, making big changes in a Scorpio Woman are... ZERO
It's a cliche, but some things are meant to be, and others are not.
If things hadn't lined-up just right, Debra & I would not be together today.
