I pretend I don't see it. It's mostly like people see I work fast, I learn fast and I would easly get promoted. I try to show that I'm not here for competition. Some after some time get used to me being robotic at work, some don't and then I mostly change work. Never found work worth staying in at any cost tho.
Edit : Yes that's unpopular opinion, but if someone is afraid you may take their position then it means you are good at what you doing right? I think I also had it more difficult because I have this huge 1st house stellium, so during any transition all my planets are affected. I don't know how about you, but just be prepared and I think you will be fine- I just started it. Seem to be interesting 😁
