Psychic Ability - Think you have ESP?

I have been reading about psychic ability in the natal chart and have been gathering data. Does your natal chart support psychic ability?

These are some of the indicators that I think bring on the "sixth sense"

The sixth sense is said to be ruled by the Water signs - Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces. These three signs have the ability to experience empathy and are all related to the unconscious/subconscious mind. They are said to have natural intuition. Cancer by gut instinct, Scorpio by deep perception, and Pisces though dreams and visions. Pisces and Scorpio are said to be more psychic then Cancer because Cancers have uncanny feelings and hunches. Sagittarius is another sign that is also noted for having deep insight into situations that are uncanny accurate.

The houses that are most connected to ESP are the Water houses 4th/8th/12th as they are related to Cancer/Scorpio/Pisces. The 12th house is the most pronounced one. Also for some reason I have a feeling that the 3rd house is also connected especially if theres a physic planet in it.

The planets that are related to psychic ability are Uranus- Sudden Insights, Neptune- Universal Impulses, Mercury - The ability actually articulate and the Moon - the physic sponge.

Neptune-Mercury combinations make one able to make sense of subconscious messages. They can pick up hidden messages. This can be connected to Mercury in the 12th, Neptune in the 3rd and when planets are in aspect.

Moon-Mercury ones ability to dig and expose unconscious thoughts. When you combine emotion and mind, instinct and communication, intuition and thought combine - you get what people like to term psychic. Moon in Gemini in the 12th house, Mercury in Cancer are a few examples.

Shows best results when combined with Saturn having the ability to actually understand these impressions. Neptune in the 4th absorbs its surroundings and is really sensitive towards the atmosphere of the environment. Moon in Pisces could have dreams that seem to happen in reality.

Uranus-Moon - Sudden flashes of insight effects ones natural insintric. They feel and are compelled to follow their gut intuition. Uranus doesn't need concrete proof with the moon it just knows. Uranus trine Moon could show somebody who trusts there hunches that are usually right.

Do any of these connections show up in your chart? I belive everybody has some sort of ESP. It can be trained and actualized. Maybe add to the list what you think in the natal chart brings psychic ability.

This is my list:
5 planets in Water - Sun, Mars, Mercury, Pluto, Saturn
Moon trine Neptune
Moon in Virgo-Mercury in Cancer *Mutual Reception*
Mercury in Cancer
Moon in 12th house
Neptune in the 4th house
Uranus in the 3rd house
Ruler of the 12th conjunct ruler of the 8th

I do have Pluto-Neptune both aspecting my Sun exact also being both the rulers of Scorpio and Pisces respectively.

Another thing is abundance of Water/Earth signs as I only got one planet in Fire/Air. This might indicate a inclination introversion, seeker of universal truths.

I didn't add Sun-Neptune to the list because it represents the Mystic who has attained to Union. But I guess Sun-Neptune contacts might also have some impact.

Jupiter is the planet of expansion but is usually connected to wisdom and philosophy. Jupiter in Pisces or Cancer might be a indicator.

I didn't include Pluto because it relates to the climax of events that causes transformation that brings acute awareness. Though I do believe that Pluto would add some dimension to physic abilities if connected to one of the 4 planets I mentioned.

I hate how you can only write posts with 2500 messages... As I have to write first on the notebook it bothers me.

i'd also reference my uranus being in sagittarius because you mentioned it being the non-water sign having deep insight.

scorchedearth - Its whatever you want! You seem to have a very intuitive/investigator kind of Soul. I read somewhere that Mars can even add a hint of ESP. in esoteric astrology its related to the 6th Ray - Devotion/Idealism. Devotion, single-minded, tenderness, intuitive, loyal, reverence, loving.

The two planets associated with this ray are Neptune and Mars. Though from research it seems that only one of the two planets can function on this ray at a time.

I would consider your Mars in Scorpio to be extremely potent im revealing insights of other peoples motives.

I'm sort of similar, where I do have dreams and remember every detail. Even manipulate (lucid dreaming) events & conjure things in my dreams. If you google, it's not uncommon in some people.

Why don't you enlighten us with some of those points piscesmoon? I have met some Aries that are uncanny gifted at probing into peoples minds and *just knowing* what somebody is going to do. Maybe linked to Aries Mercury? Making quick decisions--so quick that you might think they don't much like thinking! I don't know about ESP, but I've met several Aries that would make the perfect psychologist. Can probe the fuck outta the mind.

I don't consider myself psychic but really good at arts of divination. I can use any tool and read with it. Pretty good with the understanding of tarot cards. Been studying astrology for 13 years but I will always consider myself a student. I've been so accurate with astrology readings that there's no way that its just from studying. It has to be connected to intuition. Its as if the symbols speak to me. I pick up occult knowledge and teachings like osmosis. That's why I thought it was interesting when I read about Psychic Hearing. I totally have that, I hear so much shit. I consider myself an enlightened human.

I have done enough drugs to see other worlds. Smoked so much DMT that I saw the white light over and over. Have experienced other worlds. Once I had the Universe talk to a whole group of us. No shit it was creepy not going to go into details because it will make me sound crazy. I grew up around a lot of Voodoo and lived with a Shaman for 5 years. The occult has always been around me ever since I was a child. I know what I know. I got Saturn in Scorpio also but its conjunct my South Node and part of fortune. It makes me wonder what the hell was I doing in a past life.

I got a planet in every Water/Earth sign except Pisces. But I do got Neptune at 2 Capricorn, Sun at 2 Cancer. Pluto at 2 Scorpio, Lilith at 2 Taurus. Moon at 5 Virgo, Vertex at 5 Pisces...A perfect opposition in every Water/Earth sign and all in aspect and in Water/Earth houses.

Don't really have the Aquarius connection in my chart though. I do got Jupiter in Aquarius and Uranus in Sagittarius...My only Air/Fire respectively and both singleton and in Mutual Reception if that counts. I got the opposite of you and have Uranus conjunct my IC.

Do you see yourself as person with strong psychic ability? Or Mediumistic abilities?

I really don't look at the Pullen part of astrology too much. Just the final dispositor chart.

On Pullen my 6 strongest signs are Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces, Taurus, Virgo.

Well you are extremely rare person scorchedearth...less then 1% of the population I would say. Supposedly it internalizes the energy and makes it focused inwards. People who have more then 4 planets retrograde are said not to be accepted by society. I would think with that many planets retrograde you are really working with the universe on a personal level. You have the ability to effect the whole world from your front door. Who knows. Your integrating the Universe into your personal core self. I say you are living a very mystical path this lifetime would be my guess. A walking living mystic is on the Dxpnet astrology board! lol

In numerology do a lot 7's and 11's show up in your 4 core numbers. My life path is 16/7 Im a walking tower lol I would think that you have to look inside yourself to find universal truth opposed towards looking outwards finding universal truth. You don't need to find a Yogi or a Guru. You can solve all the mysteries of the Universe if you look inside yourself. That has to be pretty intense having all the mysteries locked up inside of you.

i haven't really looked at numerology very much. i do know that my life path is 9.

is that something you would recommend looking into?

and i don't know about all the mysteries of the world being in me. i study things the same as everyone else and do my best to interpret what's going on. i wouldn't say that i'm any farther along than anyone else when it comes to understanding things.

To be honest I have never herd of 7 planets ever being in retrograde. I have seen 6 before. Naw numbers aren't that interesting 😛 but they usually do show up in really spiritual people. 9 is the number that relates to Pisces and endings, its the grand dissolver, as anything added to 9 equals itself - 9+8=17 1+7=8 9+4=13 1+3=4. For you though, I would focus on that Venus in Aries being the only planet that is direct.

What kinds of things do you like to study? Venus is a very spiritual planet as her name Aphrodite Urania, meaning "heavenly" or "spiritual".

well my jupiter is stationary retrograde which in itself gives it an above average amount of importance. it's still retrograde, though. the rest of them are just good old fashioned retrograde. 😛

according to pullen my most important planet is my venus in aries. though this color chart thing says it's my mercury in aries that's most important. both say pluto in scorpio is second most important. so i guess my aries and scorpio stelliums should be the most import things in my chart. still learning.

i obviously am learning about astrology. i'm interested in psychology, buddhism, jewish mysticism, personality things of all kinds. i'm interested in a little bit of everything that is metaphysical. i'm not well versed in any of it though.

Well you know I am a lazy student lol Mostly tools of divination - Tarot, Astrology, Numerology, Yoga, Chakas...Myer-Briggs test. Daily chit-chat, talking to finds for hours about personal issues from all over the world, The human condition, Reading other peoples charts. Studying other peoples cultures...LOVE Mythology of all cultures. I got a thing for looking up words in Latin to find the root word meanings. Not really that interested in psychology only taken a couple college courses on it. Religion doesn't interest me that much but I do like reading about the Angels and the Saints. Things that are metaphysical interest me, Love studying history. Every night a group of 4 of my friends we all go on Skype and dissect astrology charts all night. And play with Astrology and learn with each others.

I don't know what the the color chart is based off of. For me Moon and Mercury are tied for number 1. I do got a Cancer Sun Virgo Moon Virgo Rising Cancer Mercury.

On Pullen Neptune is first and Mercury is second.

I know its a lot of fire and the only planet I got in fire is Uranus in Sagittarius. We all get along pretty well. I just live 2000 miles away from home. Before that I was 3000 miles away for 6 years. I've always been a Sagittarius magnet. I believe that Cancer is the sign that confuses Sagittarius the most.

I'm the baby of the family so it wasn't too bad. I was my moms wet blanket child. My siblings and myself played WAR growing up. Fought alot growing up, me chasing them with knifes and baseball bats lol I take things too personally and the rest of my family can have a fight and be back to joking right afterwards. As for myself I replay the event over and over... Cursed Mars in Cancer. I think it taught me to respect blunt people. As it seems only fire signs can deal with me on a daily bases. I was raised by heathens lol who proudly admit there a bunch of assholes. I talk to my parents daily on the phone. Me and my brother didn't get along growing up but the older I got the more I can appreciate him. Aries are some funny motherfuckers. Sarcastic assholes. My sister is only 5 years older then me and she acts like she is 15 years older. Shes always been like a mother figure towards me.

PiscesMoon - I could totally see the communicating with the dead in your chart with all that Scorpio influence. They say Scorpio is the conjure of spirits. Scorpio is on the left-hand side of the chart so it does need others then itself to draw power on. Making it natural to communicate with supernatural forces. You will grasp your gift with practice.

Just make sure that you don't thin yourself out and studying every subject. Find one that resonates towards you and stick to it. The study of Kundalini Yoga I would suggest it to somebody who has a strong Scorpio influence in their charts. Its a very physically intense yoga.

Or if you want to go into the deep end... Study some Aleister Crowley. Hes a pretty evil man but his teachings do seem to work. He did after all write out the guidelines of Wicca for Doreen Valiente.

I can talk to dead people some times...
I get visions...
I feel other peoples feelings...
I can't know what someone is thinking word for worked although it often seems that way... I can more focus on their mood... and know how they are feeling in general about a subject or at that time...
I do hear things... mostly with people that have passed over in my life...

Oh, these are mundane compared to mine. I can dive into other people's dreams. Who ever heard of that?

ive had people do that in my dreams but I get very angry, and i refrain myself from conjuring up a thousand daggers to psychically hurt them. It's enough they aren't welcomed, but it's usually someone with a very very good psychic power, someone with dominant water indeed. If i realise it's just friendly, i'm glad i refrained and just tell them without words don't enter please without permission. Usually it's all in respect and curiousity so it's very harmless.

What I notice about Scorpio's is that they tend to be vocal about what they intuit.
Like if they can feel you need something they just offer it, and it's like WOW how did he know.
Whereas I tend to be quiet and let it all unfold.

Pisces shows up at the right time, at the right moment.

Aleister crowley was air dominant & fire dominant but he lacked no water. You can still do alot by the couple planets of water. don't matter. The air is the versatility and adaptability and ability to confuse others I'm guessing. It is likened to that of a wind tunnel to make someone dizzy and confused.

Some of course use it for GOOD and not for evil.

i was just saying the ones who do go into mine, are water dominants. If they are air dominant they have already died; this is when you call on the dead and no matter the placements, they will come to you.
And no, it's not kind. There's a law within dreams too, you can't overstep boundaries. The evil ones usually do but they pay the price anyway in the end.

Well in Vedic Astrology the element of fire is related to spiritualism as it represents purification. Fire held alot of the traits that western astrology does. It has only been the last 100 years that the water element took on the traits from the fire element. This was done by Theosophist.

dominant planet is the sun. So you're probably right. The fire strength is powerful. The dominant air is a way to confuse and make the opponent dizzy from the tornado. He was married to a Cancer/Leo cusp but don't know her elements/placements.

oh, psychic daggers. Well if you know how to "Lucid" dream, you can do whatever it is you want. You're the controller of your dreams.

However, it's not always so simple. You can't "control" if someone is going to die, or be seriously ill (ie, cancer, disease) it's just something you just can't cure or help. Someone way powerful can only do that, sometimes, the power of self to heal SELF is the source, drawing into yourself. Not simple lucid dreaming.

they actually have sites for beginners to learn how to lucid dream, even demonstrations to lucid dreaming on youtube. 🙂

dominant planet is the sun. So you're probably right. The fire strength is powerful. The dominant air is a way to confuse and make the opponent dizzy from the tornado. He was married to a Cancer/Leo cusp but don't know her elements/placements.

Naw I aint that smart. I just have Mercury trine Saturn so I can come off well versed. I tell you I went many years feeling stupid and feeling that I was unintelligent. Still can't spell worth a damn. Being left-handed I always been right-minded. It took years of reading and forcing myself to learn that fear of stupidly went away.

Now I am sitting in my house being yelled at by my room mate lol

Thank you MoonBunny. Nope I painstakingly type out everything though my mind. Usually use notepad before I use this window...As I can write out 2500 words with no problems. Sometimes I cheat for convenience. I got Saturn in the 3rd house and that can show one to have a difficulty with communicating. I do have a hard time relating to people on messaging boards. On Astro-Weekly I always end up typing too much. Here too....People are lazy readers. I put a three message rant of mine on the Virgo board and somebody said *Kicks Virgo Stellium*. The first thing that came to my mind is WHAT A LAZY VIRGO! Lots of times I write just to gain knowledge from my own words. I call it my own post-its. They don't have to make sense to anybody else but myself.

So that's another reason why I write the way I do. Its like little reminders all around the web. On tribe.net you used to be able to save up to 50 posted messages on your profile...And I labeled it my "Post-Its".

Never know when you will run across your own writing later down the road in the future and see how you were feeling and thinking at that time. Too bad tribe died HARD. That sight used to be kicking. But as most Astrology forums most have died.

Does your Gemini planets quincunx/inconjuct your Pluto in Scorpio and Neptune in Capricorn? That would make a yod. how you would see it in the chart from astro.com is Neptune sextile Pluto quincunx (Green Dash Lines) Planet/Planets in Gemini.

here's a picture of a yod. You see the base of it has in Gemini sextile Pluto in Leo...With the Sun in Capricorn where the finger is pointing towards. The two aspects that link Saturn/Pluto with the Sun is called a Quincunx. Gemini Air/Mutable Masculine, Leo Fire/Fixed Masculine, Capricorn Earth/Cardinal Feminine. As you can see Capricorn has nothing in common with those two signs.

I do know lucid dreams, not a mastery of mine though. I'm a passive floating eye in other people's dreams. I could zoom in/out/upside-down, fly in this direction or that direction, but not have hands or feet or a voice to manipulate dreams like people do the real world. No active control of my visuals either.

Interesting stuff. I get funny Jedi feelings about stuff and people a lot. When I was growing up I had supernatural experiences. A reader lady in New Orleans said something must have freaked me out and I blocked my main receptor and if I wanted my antenna back to meditate more. It was the mind chakra? I haven't done that because I'm juggling so much stuff right now. I don't know if I want that back. Yikes! Sometimes ignorance to the other realm can be bliss. LOL!

My crab bestie uses crystals and scrying with water. I guess it could be healthy? Maturity is a great tool for it.
