I dreamt that I was told there was going to be an explosion, at a power station near to where my ex-boyfriend lives (the power station really exists). And my job was to evacuate all the nearby houses, however, when I got to the houses, they were all derelict, like a ghost town. They were falling down, and looked like no-one had been there for years.
I couldn't find anyone to evacuate, so I left, and went to find my superiors who were watching the explosion on tv. By the time I got to the tv s' the explosion had happened. Everyone in the room was wathing the tv, but I could see everything through a window. The whole area around the power station had gone, all the houses had gone, and there was just smoke billowing.
No-one seemed to care what had happened apart from me, and no-one would talk to me, like I didn't exist.
This dream really freaked me out.
Does anyone know what it might represent?
