Yeah, caffeine. Try drinking more water

If it's super persistent and you're peeing a lot and very lethargic, get checked for diabetes. Being insanely thirsty all the time is one of the biggest tip-offs that you might have it.

DB - What is even worse than coffee is ....soda. Yes drink lots of water ....especially with tonsil stuff you have going on. Water is good for two reason:

1) Helps flush the system out of all bad toxins (helps filter through kidneys and liver)
2) What creates a healthy environment for our bodies is oxygen ...that is why water is so much better for our bodies. Soda is terrible because it contains Carbon ....which is CO2 ....this is what our body is already trying to get rid of ...and we tax it more when we add more carbon.

If you need the caffine .....coffee is not a bad choice in moderation ....what is even better is green tea because it has antioxidents in it.

I am also wondering if you have sinus problems going on ....because when you sleep or even in waking you will breath through mouth more so than nasal. If you do .....my suggestion is flushing with nety pot or saline flush. The goal is to get out all that bacteria out of throat and sinus area so you can feel better.

Get well soon.

PD
