This just worked for me, but my bodies is a lab project so.. 195>>>>>> 181 in two days.

5 cans of tuna a day and drinking water all day long.
running 2 miles a day
bike 30 mins lv 10 rolling hills
stairs 60 mins lv 7 fat burner
treadmill 30 mins lv 3 cardio
wear 3 layers of clothes
drink forwards supplement mix twice a day >>>www.drwhitaker.com

nah I already did this technique to make weight for a fight.
Usually it's small bowl of raisins and oatmeal > morning
salmon and white/brown rice with veggies > dinner
snack / filler > apple/ banana/ peanuts
But I had like 8 days and I took 2 days off of training to cut.

Doesn't work in the long run. You'll need a diet you can stick to, that keeps you body HEALTHY. And that is not healthy. Just loosing weight is not an indication that your body feels good, it's just an indication that you are eating less...

Day one

3 bannana
2 apples
1 PBJ sandwhich * cheat
power protien bar (yuck)

4 20oz bottles of water

5 strips of trident stawberry flavored gum

Will have One can of tuna for din din and that's it.
