37 years old female from A place called Happy, the journey was all about getting to know me

My mother died today....18 years ago. I'm not sad. I didn't even realize it until I went to wish a friend happy birthday. Do you remember death dates?

P.S. Please don't say I am sorry or stuff like that. I am at work and I would be called into the office if I started crying. LOL I really am ok...sort of.

Nala, I always remember dates; Birthdays, anniversaries, and even the dates of someone's death.

Your beautiful Mother may have passed 18 years ago, but wouldn't it be wonderful to celebrate her life today? Today shouldn't be about sadness, it should be about gratitude for the blessing of knowing and loving her.

She died knowing she was special to you and that she would always be loved and remembered with a smile. Think of her and celebrate her life today!
