whats the easiest way to stay in the states? tn1 visa? is it hard to get approved?

No if you have all legal documents and proofs then its not too tough. But its hard to get a job in different country at least for me. I am US residential and I am now here in Australia from 6 months and still searching for part time job in melbourne. Hope I can get it soon.
