An unemployed man famous for fathering 14 children and being unable to support any of them has had another child and is expecting two more.

Scotsman Jamie Cumming, 34, lives off welfare and has had 15 children by 13 different women over the space of 16 years.

Two weeks ago, Cumming became a father for the 15th time when his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend gave birth to their son.

His current girlfriend, who is also 19 years old, is pregnant with a boy and due this week, the Daily Mail reports.

A 17-year-old girl is also pregnant by Cumming and is due in the New Year, according to the newspaper.

Even before these latest developments Mr Cumming had been dubbed "Britain's most feckless dad" by local tabloid media.

His mother Lorraine said she feels humiliated.

"He needs to take some responsibility. He's an embarrassment and I'm having nothing to do with him," she was quoted as saying.

She remains in contact with her 14 grandchildren but is ashamed her son cannot care for or support his own children.

Nor is she surprised that Mr Cumming's partners are so much younger than him.

"He is a predator and the young ones are a bit more gullible and easier to catch," she was quoted as saying.

Mr Cumming was 17 when he told his parents he was to become a dad for the first time.

His girlfriend Kelly Dulley gave birth to a girl in 1995 but once the child was born, Mr Cumming moved on and started a relationship with her cousin.

They were together for 10 years but never had a child together, despite trying state-funded IVF treatment.

During their decade together, Mr Cumming fathered his third child to a different woman in 1997.

The mother of that child, Cumming's first son, has moved to France and has no contact with him.

At around the same time, Mr Cumming got his girlfriend's friend pregnant as well as fathering another child to a neighbour's daughter following a one night stand in 1998.

His fifth child was born in July 2001 and 14 months later another son arrived.

In 2002, Mr Cumming became a father to two more boys before starting a relationship with a new woman in 2004.

The couple had three children together and Jamie also welcomed two babies in 2007 and 2008
