Have you ever been in a relationship with someone who has a Cluster B personality disorder (Antisocial personality disorder/sociopath, borderline personality disorder, histrionic personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder). And describe your experience? I believe my ex is borderline though I'm not sure because I'm not a doctor, but his behavior was classic borderline. Can these people "love"? (By the way, I apologize in advance if this post is in any way offensive, like if you or a family member of yours has a personality disorder or something) |

| Cluster B?!?! Im a magnet to them…..PM me if you wish Personally…… not Necessarily Borderline as much as Narcissist and sociopath (as you stated yourself, I am not a psychiatrist thus I hate to be dropping names and referring to people in a certain way) ,however, cluster B never (or hardly ever) get diagnosed unless they get caught in illegal act…. CRAZY making behavior ……not a jerk or player/playee…..plain simple "crazy house" around them |
| Yes I have. The experience was bad. They can't love. Only themselves. More like a clusterF uck personality. Bad, bad people to have roaming around the planet. My dream job is to operate a team of highly trained vigilantes that eliminate these scum. The cops won't do it. Society refuses to ostracize them. Someone needs to say "enough" and do something about them. |
Posted by ReallyNiceAriesPerson I wouldn't be so quick to say that, though. I know a few people with BPD and they are trying to live very normal lives and still good people to boot. Cluster B personality disorders are pretty compared to the number of other personality disorders that are prevalent. Most cluster B personality disorders cannot be cured, only controlled and maintained. But then again, that is the story for the majority of personality and mood disorders. It's not so much that they only love themselves. Most aren't capable of empathy or do not understand that their actions generally will have negative consequences for the people they will be interacting with. Most are already pretty aware that they are different from the majority of the population. Anyway, if you know someone who does have these disorders (albeit, I wouldn't cluster BPD in this), it's best to not pursue a romantic relationship with them. Friendship, intellectual or business relationship, or something short-term/unattached could be achieved though. That's just my two sense. |

Posted by ReallyNiceAriesPerson Im guessing in this organization theres bosses and such. I know where im going to be. -,- |
Posted by PotHeadVirgo22Posted by Candeh15Posted by ReallyNiceAriesPerson I dunno. I'm not trying to get on my high horse or anything. I'm just hugely passionate about mental health and I'm actually trying to get a job that does a lot of advocacy work for mental health. I know cluster B personality disorders can suck. I wouldn't want to be close to someone who was histrionic or had APD, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they needed to be eliminated. |
| Look up "Paul Bernardo". He's a serial killer rapist and he seemed like a normal guy. http://bernardo-homolka.tumblr.com/ He's handsome too. What the hell. Sociopaths do seem to have a weird "predator" look in their eyes though. Question - are there 'degrees' of psychopathy, etc.? Or do you either have a conscience or completely lack a conscience? |

| Im of the opinion that psychopathy is wrongly diagnosed under the broad spectrum of an anti social personality disorder. |
Posted by ArticleLPosted by ReallyNiceAriesPerson You are General Manager of Skittles. All Skittle arrangements to be handled by you. Everything from acquisition, transport, marketing and getting them out onto the street. |
Posted by Candeh15Posted by PotHeadVirgo22Posted by Candeh15Posted by ReallyNiceAriesPerson Perhaps if the mental health people locked the cluster treetrunks up BEFORE they started damaging the general public we wouldn't have so many problems. Weed them out. We don't need them. I am hugely passionate about livi |
| living in a world where narc sociopath cluster treetrunks are not free to roam at large and abusing (physically or emotionally) respectable law abiding citizens. |
| I do believe there is degrees in narcissism ( NPD that is )and I also ( from my own research on this topic) have found that Psychopathy is clustered under APD and they all act slightly differently. From what I have found out some Narcs can have consciences (depending in a severity of a disorder) however, they lack empathy. I do believe they deserve to be helped, but after two experiences I had, I’m with RNAP on this. Police and law will do nothing to protect the rest of the society, and those who had gone through emotional mental torture with those types of people are left to fend for themselves. I was fortunate that I didn’t fall for the first guy and not so lucky with the second one. They are not that likely to show they true colors till they know they have. They will keep you of balance through emotional manipulation coz you’re much easier to be controlled that way. First guy I knew went as far as tampering with my stove. I even caught him in the act and he still tried to deny it. Second guy gave my PC a Trojan as a parting gift. Isn’t he just sooo giving (sarcasm)?!?! Those two examples are just the very tip of the iceberg. As I mentioned before….MAD HOUSE ! Worst part….despite it all, I still feel for the second guy. I spent hours and hours banging my head against the brick wall asking myself why I feel what I feel despite my better judgment. Come to find out, it’s referred something close to *bonding through trauma* and Stockholm syndrome. I went through the faze of being ashamed that I had allowed myself such a treatment….then I got mad at myself, then them, then sad doubting my own sanity. Now, I’m just trying to find forgiveness for myself and them. |
| Ohhh and the worst part is in knowing that they are of seeking out yet another innocent victim to F**k with and here I am with my hands tight unable to do anything about it….so yes I am with RNAP on that !!!! |
