How do you know what rising sign you really are?

Hi,

I have been trying to find out my rising sign for the last month or so and I have discovered that there is a possibility of 2?

I went to Astrolgy Zine Daily by Michael Star and it said that I was a scorpio rising but then I did a free report by Keen and it said that I was libra rising.

Could it be possible that I was born in the cusp of the two rising signs?

Do you have any suggestions on how to find the true rising sign?

There are two different methods and to my understanding, it depends on which method they use...

What is the date, time and location of your birth? I will see what the books I have say...

I have seen reports that I do not understand due to this somewhat obscure method...I was born within the center of the Aquarian time period (not on a cusp) and an astrologer once classified me as a Capricorn...I questioned and she said it was a —? method...(I cannot remember the name), but, I felt that it was not a true reading for me...

To get the best report on your rising, moon, and other planet houses; then go to astrology.com! There should be a free sample reading there. You must know your EXACT birth time and your EXACT place of birth to get an acurate reason! I am Aries rising myself! The reason for your bithplace is that the sun may haven't been exactly in the place as everyone thought. At 8:00 a.m. in New York, the sun is up in the air without a doubt! However in Honolulu at 8:00 a.m., the sun may still be coming up from the horizon!!! Get it? It all depends! So try it again and see if it works!
