Well there you are! I fugured you must be busy. It's great that you belong to the association that you do. Sounds like they do some good things. I am just pulling out of a nasty head cold/flu thing. It was the pits! Everything else is pretty much as it has been. Still careing for my mom but not as much now, and that helps. By cancer and I are doing very well lately, he is much more supportive of things financially. That was a much needed relief as well.

Oh man the thing about your knee was kind of spooky though. I damaged mine last october and lost most of the cartiledge also. Just have a thin layer left, never has been the same. I still have to guard that knee and how I use it. So that's one more thing we have in common. I am beginning to wonder about how many things we have experienced in life that are very similar. I haven't ever known anyone I can say that about. Makes me think we do have some kind of connection or something.

Anyway that's about all, Ive been nursing myself back to health lately, not much else has been happening.

Have you ever had this happen, when you start stating good things about someone in your life thats when something always goes south?? Well it seems that way for me anyway, always has been, dont know quite why though.

Right now I am sitting here wondering where my cancer is, as he is not home with me and it's pretty late. We have hit a couple more bumps in the road and I am thinking maybe we could use some time apart after all. Well I guess I'll try to sleep on it tonight and maybe things will look different in the morning, but i just dont know!

I have never been to lucky in the relationship department anyway it seems. Who knows maybe I am destined to be alone on this journey through life. I am starting to think maybe that is the case here. I want to thank you so very much for responsing with the information about my chart information. It does help explain alot of things about what makes me tick.

Thanks again for being here for me. Well My cancer was working late, and doing some thinking he said. I guess Ive been a little touchy lately. I just opened a new checking account for myself and my son (they are linked) Its a new college checking combined account. He cant write checks but it teaches him to manage his money using an atm card. There are two savings accounts linked aslo and all four accounts are free from any monthly charges.
Anyway the bee in my bonnett is that I bought a software program online with my checking/Visa card and all went well. Then about a week after that order I got an e-mail stating my visa had been charged $ 48.00 and that my order was approved. The charge was for a secondary medical coverage plan. I have never been to their web site, or did I order their service. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. They just keep giving me the round robbin routine. Anyway I filed a fraud report with the bank, and they will decide to reverse (or not) the charges after an investigation into the situation. I have done some research online and this company has done this to many other people through identity theft. It was right before payday and their charge caused me to overdraft resulting in a transfer of credit to my acct. and a fee for the overdraft. The grand total comes to $ 90.00 (ouch)! Check the web site out just for giggles, its so fake it's sad.

The first e-mail announcing their charge was from sgda.com short for Simpligada Consultants Limited. (look closely at the word SIMPLIGADA) It seems short for I simply gotta. Do you get the same thing? Anyway they state the $ 48.00 charge was for a company called NEW HEALTHY SAVINGS. Like I said take a look. There are items that just are not there on their web site. Like a good call back number, no live customer service, no terms and conditions policy's. etc. When I called the nuber for new healthy savings they answered BT Limited. The search engines I used have turned up over 100 listed complaints regarding this so called business. I was so darn man that they caused me to overdraft on my new account, giving me a bad mark with them. To date I have gotten no credit as the bank can take up to 3 months to finish their investigation. The site doesnt even list the price of the serive, or outline any breakdowns of what their plan will cost the customer, or what they pay. Anyway I guess I was upset and wasnt the most pleasant company to be around. And that is why my cancer stayed away to give me some space to work through this. Can you believe it the first time I ever buy anything online and I get nailed right after that by a bogus company.

Anyway I am sure all will be ok in the end, but it kinda scares me a little just how easy it was for them to get my information and use it. I think they hacked into my computer because the day before and of the charge my system went nuts and then crashed. My system was down on the day of their order processing as I had to re set up my entire operating program

Sorry for talking your ear off, but I am sharing this for the educational imporance of what happened to me as well. So maybe this wont happen to anyone else here. I am going to post on the other boards and direct anyone interested to this post FYI kind of thing.

Hey kiddo did you ever go to veas on that shopping trip, and to visit? Let me know! I used to live in Reno, but have never been to vegas. Used to have relatives there though. You know I guess you will always be candle girl to me, it seems to fit you better anyhow. Spread the word about this bad company ok, cause it can happen to any one of us. Hey my little sweet-p Hows tricks? Don't worry yourself about it to much. I am with a pretty good bank and they always take care of this kind of thing right. It does worry me how they got my info though. Two wierd things about it are this: 1. the e-mail address that was used was my secondary disposable one. I use it to keep out junk mail from my primary e-mail address and have never used ot to order anything period. Besides like I said I have only ordered online one time ever and that order went through just fine (it was for a computer untiliy program). And like I had said my computer was not in working order on the date the order was made, so go figure.

Candle Girl/kennyg: As far as the High Sierra's, I remember it to be very windy and oh ssooooo cold! Reno is kind of an unusual little city. It's not that big so it kind of has that "I don't feel so lost here thing going for it". Funny though my siblings would come to visit me and just have to go out all night and gamble. My sister and I roomed together there and we hardly ever went out to gamble, guess it's not the same when you live there. I remember the natural hot springs though..We just loved going to them late at night in the summer. Ya know just to relax under the stars and soak. "It was geat"! We did alot of camping and fishing also. My dad taught us when we were just big enough to use a pole and catch us some fish. I passed on cleaning them until I got a little older though.

Gosh I am so sorry to hear about the biker and his girlfriend. Hope they finish recovering real soon, and that happier times are ahead for both of them.

Update on the fraud thing, I already have two credits back on my checking account, three more to go. I am so glad to be able to put this behind me finally. It happened on the 25th of last month for butter's sake.

Well I gotta go keep working on apartment for the inspection on monday. I have to clean up and organize my balcony/porch. Its a mess, the apartment is to small with little storage so everything with no place to put it wound up out there. Man Ill be glad when mondays over. Gotta go get to work. See ya later all!

Read your message about this $ 48.00 charge from Simpligada. I jsut wanted you to know that the same thing happened to me today. My credit card company just called me in time for me to cancel my credit card and to report my card as stolen.

I am so sorry they got you too. Let me guess you never placed the order, or have visited the site they say the order came from. I am so glad you did not have any trouble getting it taken care of that quickly. I had to do quite a bit of investigating to provide my bank with the details in my case. But I am confident that all will go well, and my money will be returned to me. I was able to provide them with over 45 other cases that were the same as mine. And that Simpligada has been turned into various fraud reporting agencies.

I am thinking seriously about sending all my findings to the FBI/Internet Reporting Agency I found. This company has collected quite a large sum of money running this scam, as they have it running in every state here.

Ya know the thing that really burns my behind, is the name they use-I mean look at it closer-SIMPLIGADA! I dont know but to me it kind of says "I simply Gota do this to you"! Like rubbing the persons face in it on top of everything else. Boy talk about some nerve, huh! I think I will turn them in to the agency I found-cause they go after people like this and put them in jail. Yea I just talked myself into it, lets kick their backside right back to where they came from. Im on a mission now, Ill keep you posted as to what happens ok. TW2
