Do you think this guy is a Cancer or Leo?

I can't stop thinking about this guy, a friend of a friend who I have hung out with a few times. I know his birthday is in late july, i just don't remember the date so I dont know if he's a cancer or leo. I have been wondering lately what his sun sign is because im curious as a scorpio sun who has a pattern of dating fire signs....and he gives me some leo vibes but at the same some cancer vibes too. So I'm not so sure. I was wondering maybe what others think based off a few things....

He's a lanky guy, that gives off a very confident vibe but at the same thing, i can totally see an inner insecurity in him, im usually good at detecting inner vibes from people. He has a very babyish face, a beautiful million dollar smile, and when he looks at me I feel like he can see right through me. This effect is something I have felt from cancer guys before, but at the same time, leo guys are the type to stare down at women.

He is sort of shy and quiet but talkative and honest when you get to know him. He is sort of a show off, always dancing and he is very athletic. A lot of girls seem to be attracted to him and its obvious that he knows this. He also seems to be close to his mom seeing as he has helped his mother at her job which is something I know because his mom works where my mom works, and my mom knows him and she describes him as a "good boy." He never really flirts with girls when they're around I have noticed....girls just seem to flock towards him and he's just chilled and laid back. I get the vibe that he is into me, but at the same time he seems like the distant type, and I find myself being more of the aggressor....


any idea? what do you think? I will find out his birthdate soon and then probably report back to see who was right...

Cusp? Or maybe leo with a cancer or scorpio moon?

I'm gonna say he is a cancer/leo cusp, because he kinda reminds me of a cancer/leo cusp that I know as well. DISCLAIMER: I could be wrong, but I'm gonna say his b-day might be between July 19th-22nd like my guy is.

Jatna, and this is what i hate about replies like yours.....i mean first, you dont HAVE to reply to this thread, thanks anyways but if youre doing so to make a point or get attention for being the unique and smarter one of the group--its a fail. second, all im asking is for the sun sign based off this little information--im not asking about moon, about his emotions, about his mars, his rising---i know there are a lot of factors that go into this, one of them being that you didnt mention is a Sagittarius pluto, selena in gemini, scorpio mars, cancer venus.....but all of this is too specific and theres no way on getting all of those combos right. all im asking is for something in general. just a this or that--rolling the die, rock paper scissors sort of thing. just something fun, like a little survey. so when i find out, i'll collect to see which assumptions were made based off our own experience and projections on what we think of cancers and leos.


i don't know why i have to explain all of this....this is just something simple and fun for me while waiting ahead of finding out the real thing which obvi is his chart.

i will second that comment above.. he sounds a lot like my lover and what initially attracted me to him.. cancer on the leo cusp, cancer moon, mars in leo. lovely blend if they have taken the time to do the work on themselves.

"cusp of oscillation" can result in true, magnectic, fascinating balance. sun and moon, poised and dancing together.

I think he might be on the cusp too, but he is probably a Cancer. The babyish face and the being quiet and shy and then he opens up once you get to know him. That's typical Cancer behavior. I don't think I have ever met a shy Leo. Plus, he is close to his mom *awwww* Most Cancer guys are momma's boys lol

This both describes my Cancer sun/Leo moon nephew and his younger brother, Leo sun/Pisces moon.
Neither one is on the cusp; June 30th and July 30th.

The Leo is more outgoing yet can be shy and VERY moody and makes friends easily, but they tend to be more like followers/worshipers. He tends to burn bridges, i.e. sleeping with their girlfriend right after they help him get a job. Has his own creative way of dressing with bright colors. He's an artist, he loves to paint.

The Cancer is kinda a hermit who sticks to a small group of close friends he's known for years. He's very sensitive, principled and private, with a huge book collection. His sense of style tends to be bum retro. He's a writer, has written plays.

Thanks guys for responding and your interesting replies. So yesterday I went out for drinks and he was there. I got to see a very passionate side to him and warmth and excitement. And it turns out that he is in fact a Leo. July 24th. Some of you guys pretty much nailed it.
