So I haven't known my co worker long, but he has already been acting weird. And for the record, just a Coworker, no relationship outside of work (friendship or otherwise). At first our conversations flowed really easily and surprisingly really personal at times. Well now he avoids eye contact and sometimes I will give him a smile and he will just look away. Also,will start walking right by me and then just before he has past ask how I am and quickly walk away. Could I have offended him somehow? If I did I didn't mean to.
