I need help with this cap guy

I think he is afraid you are moving too fast. Slow down on everything. Stop telling him how you feel (if you are). Stop demanding - I can be stubborn to my own detriment (I am likely to do the opposite just because you are trying to force me). If you push, I will pull away. Slow down in contact - cap men are traditional, let him take the lead. Slow down in sex - make him earn it!!! Don't give to to him freely. Caps like what they earn and if something is given freely, we will not appreciate it and it's value is less to us. Don't become the booty call, whatever you do, he will not respect that.

Not meant to insult you, but Leos are very clingy and needy for attention - you're going to have to fight this instinct. Caps can be distant, it's in our nature. We take a while to warm up to people and trust and loyalty have to be built over time. Be patient.

Most of all - don't push things forward!!!
