where is the rest of the world when the USA needs help? how much can we give away and get no one to help us when we need it? someday the world will lose our kindnesses. i am not saying that our government doesn't cause trouble, but it's time for the rest of the world to step up to the plate and pitch in, in a humanistic effort on US soil too. god help new orleans and all effected by katrina. (which we all will be here in the US, no matter what state you're from))

Hmm, I think I agree, but USA does happen to hold the finest resources so it is easier for the USA to help other nations than vice versa, but I can see what you are saying.

The usa was TOO focused on the wars everywhere to be prepared for katrina,they knew it was going to be big,temperatures in the gulf,weather reports,etc.The only ones to "blame"if any, is our government whether it be Bush,military or the new orlens mayor for "Not wanting to risk thier pockets by letting the red cross in earlier and cause a panic".It's the US government's decision to "Help" other countries not thiers,they have to play the hero crap to gain control and feed everyones ego's.It's not anyone elses problem but our own,we can't ask for certain countries who can't help themselves to help.

So, last time, the population is not too high, and now, war is good. No wonder this world sucks ass.
If you choose to invade foreign countries instead of protecting your citizens, you are failing.

That still doesn't have anything to do with katrina though,facts are facts and there was too much focus on the war on terrisom being the reason that all the recovery efforts weren't so great when katrina happened.Plain and simple,you can't blame natural occurances on anyone first off,second it's red cross,police,fire department,coast guard,etc. that takes care of those things it could have been taken care of alot sooner by ourselves.Going around pointing the finger at other countries for our problems and responabilities don't go anywhere or gets anything done.Also it isn't as easy as it sounds,the news coverage is very sugar coated,compared to what a friends cousin in the coast guard assigned in new orlens stated and it aien't pretty,all it would do is put more people in danger if there was too many people running around out there.So I think people need to chill the fcuk out on trying to blame people and they are taking people by force who refuses to leave now.So just stop it and donate cash or something rather than hating,balming and critising people over something that COULD'NT have been prevented.Sh t happens whining about doesn't do anything=fact.

Well,okay what im avoiding posting is that other countries have offered help but it was refused because "we can't trust them" this topic does have more to do with the war on terrisom than it does with other countries ignoring it.This is just an emotional ranting that IS looking for something to blame when there isn't anything to blame.
