NEED ADVICE Is this Taurus Man into Me—

This taurus man pursued me for 3 months, we got along great, he called me everyday, saw each other once or twice a week, became intimate almost straight away. He would always touch me, kiss me, hug me from behind, I would stay over sometimes, the sex was great..
We have the same interests, same personality etc (I am a Taurus girl) I can see that he is shy, reserved, insecure, has been hurt before, hes 11 years older Im in love with him but haven't told him how i feel.
Now after 3 months he is distant and slowed contact.. only calls me twice a week or text. I haven't seen him for 5 weeks now, when he calls out of the blue he talks like we've spent no time apart. I am being patient and haven't asked whats up, I know he is stressed about work and is looking for a weekend job (he works 60 hour weeks already)
He knows through my touch that I want him, I have told him through text I miss him and want to see him again. I find it very hard to tell him how i feel being taurus myself but I get so shy in front of guys im really into. He says "you will see me again soon" but its been 5 weeks?
Thoughts please, ANY advise on what he's thinking would be much appreciated. Does he still want me? Thanks

No i havent talked to him about being official, I wanted to the last two times i saw him. i thought we were dating, he told me he doesnt talk to anyone else but me, hes 36 and i know is looking for commitment, maybe he is just scared? He told me all the girls hes met in the last few years haven't been worth his time but he said i am different. When we are together he acts like he is in love with me. I thought i could feel he is falling for me last time i saw him. Is he backing away because of his emotions?

Is he just being distant because he's really stressed out, cant sleep due to stress, being angry etc. i know hes extremely busy and can never get anything done. Why is he still in contact with me if he doesnt want me?

last month and this month most tauruses I've known has lots of work problems.

and that boasting he said - all those girls he met wasn't worthy of his time... nah for my legs sake.. I won't spread it right away. lol.

so if you are different - why is that disappearing act? go figure. don't be a believer of his lies.

I won't lie, I have pondered a relationship with a Cow before, but common sense and logic nag at me to steer clear of such a union. Bull on Cow feels like an experiment which is destined to fail and honestly any Cow would murder me within 72 hours. It's like incest there are certain lines you just don't cross!

We became intimate almost right away..
