Music and relationships

In my currently hazy state of mind, I have considered proposing to the first girl I meet who actually knows and likes Balrog Boogie(can be found here). Well, no, not really, but it did get me thinking - would that be such a bad idea? I think that musical taste is quite a personal matter, and as such has an obvious connection to one's personality - but how tight of a connection? Do you believe, kind DXPoster, that the similarity of musical preferences can accurately predict the success of a relationship?

I prefer Punk Rock Princess by Something Corporate for all of my serenading purposes, Evan.

Elena - well, that's certainly a possible answer, possibly even probable, but I'd say it depends very much on how personal your musical taste is. Do you know a lot of people who share your taste in music?

Alright, question: has nobody downloaded Balrog Boogie at the start of the thread? It's a really cool swin/metal hybrid with some operatic vocals(not a lot of operatic vocals compared to DSO other songs, though).

It's possibly the oddest song I've listened to, and I say that in the bast possible way. I have only listened to Nightwish one time, and that was some years ago, so I really can't really say how accurate that description is.

TDK seriously wasn't that bad am2. It wasn't really as good as it's hyped to be, either.(Imo)
