Aquarius and their space

ok so ive been with my aqua guy for 5 months..last week he told me that he needs some space...im going crazy over here because its been over a week and im trying my best to give him space and i just cant bc im like falling for him...my question is when an aquarius says that they want space, how much space do they want?? like how long does it take for them to come back? days? weeks? months? years? just when im starting to really really like him, he has to say this to me!😢 im not contacting him or anything. im waiting for him to call when hes ready. ughhh a libra girl falling for an detached aquarius guy 😢

No one should ever have to do anything special just so they can have space. Everyone needs a break from friends/family or society sometimes and they shouldn't have to earn it.
I would say text him libra and see how hes doin, sometimes when i need space i dont like to talk on the phone but i'll always respond to my texts...

Everyone has there own way of coping:

Pisces: deal and deal until they've resented to you enough then "swim" away NEVER to return.

Leo: Nags, yells, "overreacts" and nothing is ever really accomplished...in fact the recipient hates you more.

Aqua: leaves, takes time to think and sort things out...if your what they want they will return.

No ones method is considered perfect, especially to the other completely opposite sign...but everyones got their coping style .



Social ineptitude is not being in a relationship at all.

Everyone is selfish.

Everyone must look out for number one. When ever you do something in life there are always selfish motives behind it...you could be giving a family member a kidney, but you are by selfish because your not ready for them to leave your life just yet.


In fact everyone SHOULD be selfish and expect the best for themselves, it will cut out the Bullshit from theirs and everyone elses life.

How is asking someone for space rude? I could see if her significant other didn't ask for space and completely ignored than that would be rude but thats not the case. If anything that should be considered courteous

I never said it was ok, i just said it shouldnt be considered rude because he at least asked for space instead of just disappearing but everybody sees things differently

I think it's a good thing he was polite enough to ask for space... as repeatedly people talk about their partners disappearing...

However, however, why does a person need space and the person they're in a relationship with does not realise they need it >>> spells compatibility issue.

Which is what Aquas will not openly discuss or many air signs for that matter... it is an emotional discussion that needs to happen as the need for space spells compatibility issue, no matter the sign. Going away to think and returning when you are in a state of mind to 'bear' the person is not a relationship, is it? what favours are you doing to the person when everyone can find someone that affords them what they want and be very clear about it.

5 months in my books is not enough for someone to need to get away from you... unless your 'falling for him' means you're smothering, in which case you need to find who accepts this kind of expression.

1 week and you're going crazy means it's not natural for you to give space - you talk to this or walk... going crazy and guess work is not a healthy part of a relationship.

But what is with situation if you tell your Aquarian that you need space, or time for yoursel, to be a bit alone....? I had lot of hobby's, so I couldn't dating him for 4-5 days at all. Then he used to call me saying: how do you mean, I would like to see you, I wanna spend time with you, why didn't yo call me, etc?? So, in his eyes I was acting like a hard-to-get, but when he back off, do not ask them (Aquas) what's up, where are you, what are you doing, why didn't you call me etc... So, what's wrong in asking him, and don't answer him—

Everyone needs their "downtime" alone from time to time, and its true Aquarius people probably require it more than other signs, but i think this Aqua's request for space is simple ... he is "just not that into you" ... YET! And maybe checking out other options. Its a tough reality to realize, but this relationship is just 5-months in and it should be an exciting stage of dating. Someone who asks for "space" is really saying "i don't want a relationship right now".

Libra's and Aquarius people are a very compatible pairing but sometimes a horoscope sign is not enough. Look deeper into the relationship. Move on ... and if its meant to be, he will come running back. If you chase him, he may play along, but he will not be fully commited.

I am totally the same, but i thought this was more of a water sign thing and not so much air signs.

It doesn't take long (for him to come back), if you're the ONE. You confuse him, because your 'almost' his 'ideal' soulmate. Don't waste too much time on him, this is my advice. There might be surprises in store for you then.
