Do you find...?

Do you find yourself a bit taken a back or weirded out about the amount of influence you have on [some] of the people in your life? For instance acquaintances or even regular friends or family; younger and older??

A simple opinion here and there or statement is said and then later on you've come to find they kinda took it you seriously or they hung on your every word?

It also depends on the person who took heed of your words as well...but every instance, with some of the people I know, when I've been made aware of this it always makes me a bit nervous so to speak. I dont know; you just never know whose listening and who actually cares or how much they care.

Yeah, every once in a while I meet someone that I feel comfortable enough around to express my opinions. Sometimes they let the words fly over their head, and other times, they take what I say and reflect on it later. I don't know if this is a common Aqua thing. I noticed it sometimes makes people "clingy" and always trying to find you for advice. I get weirded out by it if they get too clingy and don't know how to take no for an answer. Usually, I'm pretty shocked that I would even have that effect on a person.

Yeah it does make them clingy. It shocks me as well.

I don't like sharing my opinions also, unless I'm comfortable with someone...but its those same people I'm comfortable with who say that I am judgmental and I "talk out of my ass" (clearly they didn't like my truth) as if I ever claim that my word is end all be all. Yeah I speak with my opinion with conviction, but its MY OPINION.

I've found keeping my mouth quiet also gives me an opinion so to speak. People feel I think I'm better than everyone else because of the way I choose to carry MYSELF.
