i know quite a few aquas (5 of them feb 9th'ers) and they have all been taken advantage of at some point by someone unscrupulous when really, they are the most charitable, giving people i know. is this something aquas find common and if so, how do you go about selecting the people you want close to you and what value do you place on such trust.
well im not a feb 9th'ers, but i do know what you mean. by nature we are charitable people. and people will try to take advantage of that. i learned at an early age how to decipher who are my friends and who is not. also, i brought them around my dad to scope them out. he had a better since of character than i did. mine developed over time. i have all the people i need, close to me. i have known them since i was 8 years and we have been through everything together. my dad told me, these girls will stand by you through everything and they have been so far. the trust i have in my bff's is priceless. 🙂

i just thought that was remarkably open and extremely touching. i responded that he could absolutely trust me (i've come to feel very fiercely protective of this man) and that we were obviously drawn together to balance out each others' strengths and weaknesses. i said i found him to be the least judgemental person i have ever met.
he called me minutes after and we had the most wonderful chat and i felt like we became much closer because of this exchange. we agree that it doesn't matter where it's going or IF it's going romantically. we both need honest people close to us for different reasons and it's all kinda lovely 🙂
