Thought I'd add... I think people get a little confused when they hear the word 'clingy'. They automatically think of communication, and communicating too much. Personally, I love communication between people and I think it's very important. I would much rather hear from somebody too much than be confused by what they're thinking because they are delaying their texts or trying to "play it cool"... this just complicates things.

When I think of somebody being clingy, I think of controlling, jealousy and demanding. Not communication.

Obviously though, if he doesn't text back don't continue texting him, but I think that's just dating 101 really. 😛

I truly believe when a guy really likes you then he will be delighted to hear from you. Within reason of course. Be interested but don't be clingy.
