Im picky... i have venus in pisces once reality hits me i run lol. i Have to really be feeling the guy and be attached but most guys i really like dont like me back so its ehhh. Short term i guess is for me
My one long term ended disastrously and with me being heartbroken. It hasn't stopped me from wanting to jump into a new exciting relationship.. But it does cause me to call things off before it gets serious.
I'm curious on your chart stuff. I think ours are similar! I think in another theae you said your moon is in cancer.. So we both have sun in aries, moon in cancer and Venus in Pisces!
depends on your venus...mine is in taurus, so I'm more of a long term person...but I dread really having to "settle", I like to see what my options are. The point you made about being afraid of commitment is relatable..I think we all are to a certain extent. I know sometimes it scares me too, but it just means I'm not ready for that quite yet. Maybe you are afraid that the probability of something will not work compared to it going the way you want, so you dismiss the idea of the relationship because you are afraid things will result negatively...which is kind of controlling the situation on a subconscious level. Just go with the flow and don't put any labels on it. Follow your instincts not your insecurities.

My fear stems from crappy self confidence. I think this guy is amazingly wonderful and I keep waiting for him to realize that I'm not. But I'm all over the place emotion wise. Most of the time I feel positive and want to see where this road takes me. On the reverse every so often I get panicky. If I see him, it's fine again for a while. But when I have too much time to think it's always bad and I freak out. I've been able to keep it under wraps so far and hopefully my self control will stay in place so I don't scare him off.

I find that I tend to go through cycles. When I first started dating it was several short relationships before a final long term one. Then again after that one ended it was several short ones before a final long term one. (short for me is up to 6 mths. long term is up to 5 years). My last long term relationship was 5 years ago, and I've pretty much held off jumping into other relationships, preferring casual arrangements instead. I think I have reached a point where I no longer entertain short term relationships OR casual arrangements anymore. I am waiting for the BIG ONE, which may or may not come. I am Venus in Aries btw.
That's interesting how you go through phases. I wish you the best of luck in finding that special one and hope it's sooner rather than later.
