New to this, can someone explain?

Here's my natal chart, trying to understand what everything means but I'm totally confused. the planetary positions have signs in certain houses, some in multiple houses, but then the house positions have only one sign listed?
What significant does the motion have?
I've heard that if you have more than 3 or 4 planets in a house that it's very significant, so my 5th and 6th house is important, but what do those houses represent? What do any of the houses represent for that matter?
And I don't get the Major aspects at all!

Not looking so much for a personality profile, I just want to understand what these things all mean, and their major significance to me. What I should concentrate on/pay more attention to in my life.

1. Is "astrology-how-to" the same as "chart-interpretation"? My guess is "not".

2. Google "5th house astrology" and "5th house in Libra". There you get 1000s of different textual variations. In different languages.

Okay so I'm Libra rising which means Libra is my first house. One sign for that house.

I have Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto in Libra, so three planets in that house.
