Can you help figure out this person's ascendent?

I have a friend that was adopted and she has no way of finding out her birth time, is there any way to find out besides a birth time rectification?

I'll give you a description of her so tell me what you think her ascendent is:

Short 5'0-5'3, blonde hair, large blue eyes somewhat intense and emotional (you can tell her emotions through her eyes), a button nose (very rounded) has a small mouth width wise, but her lips are very defined her upper lip is pointed and she has a big bottom lip, she has a small head squarish/ovular but it's not long/angular. You could say she looks young and very cute most of the time, when she smiles her eyes squint and the top of her cheeks are rounded when she smiles , everything is very well proportioned on her face.

She has somewhat broad shoulder but they are well proportioned to her neck and head, you could say she is very solid looking, her shoulders are rounded, she is solid body-wise and has thick/muscular thighs, she also has small feet and hands, but her fingers are very long/artistic looking/ and her palms are kinda squarish. She has very sturdy looking hands. Oh and her eyes are a little deep set not a lot but a little and I would also add that she has somewhat naturally muscular arms.

To me from all the descriptions I have read online she is either a Cancer/Taurus/Pisces/Scorpio/Leo rising but I don't really know.

I'm between virgo and cancer....
