That part of her segment was a mixture for me. I grew up with my mother (Sag Sun, Aquarius Moon); she was all about making sure I had a good work ethic and the importance of making myself successful so I don't have to depend on anyone..however, when it came to talks about feelings or even reassurance, there was very little of that growing up. She, at one point, told me that crying is a sign of weakness, so hold it in. My father is the more laid-back one (Libra Sun, Gemini Moon) and I can talk to him about anything. In fact, we've both been told we're long-winded. Lol! But, I was always upset that I didn't grow up with both of my parents in the same house.

I have a Libra ascendant, but she said sometimes the Midheaven can end up in Leo. Maybe, it's like that with Ascendants too. Are you a Virgo Rising by any chance?
