Cancer Stalkers

This is not for me it's for a friend:
She's been dating this Cancer guy for 2 years now, and it's been a long miserable 2 years. Every time she breaks up with him he manages to emotionally manipulate her into taking him back. She's finally built up the strength to break up with him for good, but knows he won't take 'NO' for an answer. So, she's concerned that he will stalk her and come to her work, try to reach her through her friends, come by her house, or even destroy things. All she wants to do is avoid him because she knows he will just manipulate her into coming back into this miserable relationship. This guy is a loser, drug addict, unemployed, living with his mom, just totally sucks at life, and I would just kick his ass if she would let me, but hey.
Anyone have any kind of experience with Cancer stalkers? Stalkers in general? If you are a stalker-type even. What's the best route for her to take without having to get a restraining order?
She should try annoying this cancerous creep hahahah! Most cancer men are creepy by the way. Like OJ Simpson. They are known to be passion killers. Apparently they're dangerous than scorpio men from what I read.
