You can apply it to work situations as well. Can figure out how to appeal to your boss, inspire your employees, get along with coworkers....etc.
Likewise, it can help in understanding family dynamics.

I suppose it helps you understanding your self and why you are the way you are.

Whether or not astrology is real, I use it as a reminder to get a better sense of who I am. Not by reading something in my chart and taking it for granted despite not recognizing it in myself, but by comparing the things I read with who I am in a very critical way.
I use astrology to realize what I can be proud of and what I want to work on and how I will work on it, and to become a stronger version of myself by getting a better understanding of who I am. But not in a way where something in my chart changes my view about myself. I like to use it as a source to see what my good and bad qualities are, but I don't take anything for granted.

I don't really like using it to discover someone's personality because it's an easy trap to form prejudices based on astrology, but it does inspire me to look deeper in someone's personality, out of curiosity.

+1 although i must admit the improving part i sometimes still fail lol

Also when I know people's placements (friends/fam) I like to observe to compare their behaviour with given planets etc. I'm no pro lol. However I don't think personality isn't based on 100% astrology tho.

I truly believe a lot of this astrology stuff is still a mind thing. Sort of like those images from Mars and someone saying they can see a figure on one of those rocks.

If you think it's true, then it will be true.

Despite people endlessly trying to use astrology to "learn" about themselves, they can't seem to understand why something happens that astrology couldn't predict.

There are literally people who use this thing to determine if they are even going to say hello to someone and if you ask me, that's ridiculous.

yeah earlier in astrology i used /applied this in relationships/understanding. now it becomes more hobby. still applying and understanding furthur in terms of dynamics and people and why we do what we do...or it's probably because we're in Jupiter virgo now, so everything seems expansive in that philosophy
