well I'm not exactly sure what you're getting at, but if you're saying what I think you are, (that being that the 4th house does have a significant meaning becuase it is (at least in my understanding) the home, and domestic affairs) you're absolutely correct....home lives are the origin of so many ouf our beginnings and first steps towards, becoming model citizens, or social deviants....it really starts with the mother/home.....that said, it could probably explain why Cancer is a cardinal sign.....
