I'm a scorpio, is this virgo girl messing with me?

Hello everyone I am a scorpio boy and I really like this virgo girl. We always flirt back and forth and lately I've been getting the feeling that she likes me. For instance, she takes my stuff and hides it, she looks for excuses to touch my arm (there was dust on it or something), and we playfully make fun of each other.. a lot haha. I know it's immature but we're teenagers 😉. Next week is her birthday and I was planning on making a move, maybe kissing her. Yesterday, however, she tells me she kissed a guy for the first time, she wouldn't give me much information because she didn't want to tell me, but from what she did tell me he definitely made the move but she did kiss him back. It was strange though she almost described it as an unpleasant thing, but it's her first kiss how can it? Did she even kiss him? I know they have been texting each other a bit. I would gladly accept any advice on her and that guy and advice on me making a move on her birthday. Thanks!

When I like someone I'm very playful, flirty and touchy feely but if they don't make their feelings clear, someone else will and I'll move on.
Winter born pretty much summed it up for you. I don't think she's playing games with you I think she wants you to let her know if you are interested or if she should be with someone else. Forget the other boy. From what you said I don't think she really likes him the way she likes you.
