Kite Formation w/ Venus at the head?

I have my chart and was told that I have that formation in my chart but couldn't find anything about it. I know what a kite formation means but no idea what Venus at the head means as far as that aspect is concerned.

I was also told that I have two Grand Trines that are out of element.

Can anyone give me some help? I can post my chart here or link to it if that would make things easier.

Can you tell me what kind of significance that has though? Compared to the other aspects or points in the kite configuration or in my chart overall?

take me for example, i have a grand trine consisting of neptune in carpicorn, mercury in virgo, and mars in taurus. this normally would mean that these energies would be very hard to direct anywhere because they lack inertia, some hard angles to activate anything. but both neptune and mercury sextile pluto in the fourth house, which opposes my mars in the tenth house. with this, the grand trine now has a base basically being pluto in the fourth house, lowest point at the chart, with the release being my mars in the 10th house. so i would find my release of the the energy of my kite through putting my energy into my career or social status, being in the public. i dunno that's just what i kind of concluded from researching a little bit.

whatever house your venus in, you will find your release of energy in that area of your life through the venus energy. research more about venus in astrology to get an understanding of what that could possibly mean.

My Venus is in Gemini I think.

You really lost me once you started talking about how neptune and mercury both sextile pluto. When it starts getting to that kind of stuff I have no idea how to interpret it's meaning.
