Optimistic or Pessimistic —

What placement in your chart make you an optimistic or pessimistic person —

Jupiter conjunct Ascendant (Scorpio) - I am the picture of optimism 🙂

Sun in Gem- definitely optimistic and overrules the Pessemistic Cancer Asc. Libra Moon-Opt/Pess

I have Virgo, Taurus in alot of placements: Dont' know what to think of those. Oh and Venus is Cancer; I suppose that can be optimistic? *shrug*

I like to think of myself as an optimist... Cap Sun does me wrong though, I think. I was told last night that I latch on to the negative in my life and discuss such all the time. He basically said the only think I saw as positive in my life was him. I don't know how to fix it... maybe there is just nothing positive. My granddaughter and my amazing, well adjusted children, for sure, but life in general? *sigh*

How did you know? Lol!

Your perception is your reality. If you think positive it will be; same as for being pessimistic. Self-fulling prophecy and all that. I'm always thinking life is good; and it is for me. Even when it's supposed to be bad I always find the good in it.


BTW is it being pessimistic if you think you're not optimistic?

Ascendant in Libra: optimistic
Merc in Virgo/Libra sextile Jupiter in Sag and Uranus in Sag: optimistic 🙂
Venus in Leo: optimistic
Mars in Leo: optimistic
Jupiter in Sagittarius: UBER optimistic
