Planets and degrees

The 29th degree in natal and progressed charts:
- is said to anticipate events, works like a finger of God. Look to the planet occupying the degree to see what kind of event that might be. Look at the house involved, at the cusp involved, to determine where the events will unfold.
- Pisces 29 is the end of the zodiac, any planet there announces a permanent ending
-planets at 29 natally have a hard time manifesting themselves

The 0 degree:
-something is happening, full blown motion. ongoing karma. 0 degree Aries is the explosion of something in the atmosphere.

4, 17 in mutable signs

18-26 Taurus: this is Algol's trajectory in the sky, the degrees are not very fortunate

With a fixed star like Algol the aspects accepted are very tight. Many astrologers only consider a 1 degree orb.
The NN goes backwards so the 29th degree is more important at 0 when it changes sign, so the changes (ourer or inner) may have happened already
Don't know a lot of 2 degree anything (yet), but if it's on your node it's even more important than any other planet..
