One is a gem/taur cusp 21 May, but he has soooooo much air in him it's a joke. He has a Taurus Moon.
The other Gem has an Aries moon. He is feisty 🙂 The other one is very aloof.

From an astrology nub, I'd say that it depends on what level of interaction you mean.
If you are socially interacting with someone you meet on the street, I'd say that their rising sign would be more indicative of how they would act, but at their core it would probably be closer to sun.
Rising seems to be like someone's outward persona, from what I've seen... where as the actual depth of them is more related to their sun.
I'd go as far as to say what I said previously, then adding Moon as defining someone's reaction when their emotions overcome them. And Venus would be only for the initial stage of love, IMO. The whole "attraction" part. Since after that, I believe it's more about being overcome with emotion (moon) and personal depth (sun.)
But that's just me. No basis just intuition.

Which is more accurate when interacting with a person? Is it their rising or their sun sign? Or is there a more specific planet to view when it comes to romance and personality ?
Thank you! :-)
