I think Sagittarius would be a likely candidate for a casual approach towards sex because of their free-roaming personality. Aquarius could also tend towards it, but with us it would probably tend more towards simply sleeping with a few consistent friends rather than finding strangers to sleep with often. As for immoral and irresponsible behavior, that's possible under any sign, that depends on the maturity of the individual and how they manifest their natural traits.
