How to tell if a cancer women loves you?

I hear alot about cancer women being quite indecisive and confused about if there feelings are true for another - so cancer women or men how do you know if you love someone, any signs?

- I'm a taurus just gone through a break up, the relationship was healthy little to no arguments she admitted she broke it off due to stress and feeling tired over college since it's our finals at college soon. I feel we still have the same connection as we did before we dated for almost a year, have the same friends the only difference is she doesn't want a relationship atm but still wants me around as a friend, we were never friends before we dated so would that be a good idea? Ive heard a few people say relationships should lead from friendships would that be a good way forward?
I do believe I love her, but she's very closed up to everyone and doesn't display her feelings so I can never work out or directly get out of her what she feels - we are still quite close, long hugs, touching one way or another if it's our knees touching or anything.

I forgot to mention, I am the Chairman of the Selection committee, I decide who wins etc..😉
