Intepret this sentence please

I tried to do a compatibility check between myself and someone else (who has a cancer moon) and one of the lines were:
"165 Conjunction Sun - Venus: There is much attraction, especially on the part of the Venus person. They are capable of charming each other."

According to the table above the sentence, it suggests that: "Sun (me) Conjunction Venus (Him) 4.51 165"

So, does the sentence ^ suggest that he is more attracted to me or that I am more attracted to him?

Think I understand which direction it refers to, but not entirely sure so just wanted to double check.

Seems to be more of an English question rather than astrology haha but all helpful answers appreciated.

It means his Venus is attracted to your sun. He is more attracted to you(in that sentence).
