My Cancer ex wants me back. Should I accept?

I know he still has feelings for me, but I'm not sure about what I should do. Today I got some sexy clothes and my hair looked nice so he kept staring at me and tried to get some attention. After a few hours one of his friends told me that my ex wants to go out with me again but I didn't answer because I didn't know how to react and I didn't wanna say something wrong. Could you help me somehow? I'm not sure what what he wants. Maybe he just wants me for my body or maybe he's willing to give it another shot and put his trust in me.. What do you think?

I think if he wants you back, he should show his sincerity by asking you personally. & when he does that, be encouraging to him, if you wants him back.

rebelyell, very nice situation, i think he wants both things(you for your body and to date you again)....i don't think that you can go out with him and not have sex with him(i couldn't). i also know that cancers are all about sex but i am sure it is more in this situation since you have history, now do you mind me asking why you split up and how long were you previously dating?

i also know that cancers are all about sex....In my opinion, I wouldn't say Cancer men are ALL about sex, unless you present yourself as a sexual contact. I know Cancer men who don't sit up stressing you for sex even when they really want you.

Well, I do know they are very manipulative and like to tell YOU whatever they "think" you want to hear until you give them what they want and then their "mood" changes.

Not ALL Cancer men but do this so I am not generalizing, but man a Cancer man can tell "sell" you a dream with words but once he gets the sell, it is back to square one, no where. The more mature ones don't do this but the younger males, forget commitment.

We broke up because i had some problems and I didn't feel ready for a relationship. So he said he didn't like the was I was actin'.

His body language says he likes me. He tries really hard to talk to me, when he's laughin he will turn and look at me, he touches me, he is always where I am but he just doesn't say anythng.

You may not remember it now, but trust me after a while you'll slowly remember why you two are not together and realize you are better off without him. besides if you look hot let him stare, nothing like the game of 'you want what you cant have' to make the night more amusing. he probably wants you cuz you're not his anymore.

dear rebelyell, cancers like and want what they cannot have, it is a bit trickey because i do not want you to get hurt(cancers once they realized they have you they loose interest, that is if they are not looking for a relationship).
what you could do, give him attention for now, plenty of it, but do not give in very easily, also be open and stand your grounds of what you want(fling/relationship), afterwards go out for a drink and then you can take it from there.you need to be very confident about this as he can sense you. i hope this helps a bit. how old is he, and what do you know about his ex?

He's 24 an his ex is one of his best friends. Actually, she told me that he wants to go out with me again. They broke up more than one year ago and she's dating someone else.

rebelyell, he is young, it may be serious about you, before getting into something serious you need to test the waters. he may want you back to reestablish a comfort zone, but on the other hand he can be serious...unfortunatelly cancers will not be very open about the deep stuff and they prefer to give you hints. just give him plenty of attention and then after a while go out with him, afterwards i am sure that you'll know what to do.good luck
