Tell Me About Cancers.

Hello Everyone,
I've been reading some astrology books to see that the most probable matches for a Pisces is Sagitarius, Gemini, and Taurus. Now, I really disagree with that alot, because I don't trust vindictive Gemini's nor flirtatious Sagittarians. Taureans? I never met that many. As for the fellow Water signs? It stated that Scorpios would be to over powering for the Fish and that Cancers would be way too clingy. Now, they say that Cancers are clingy, but I feel that Cancer's would be able to understand my emotional depths better than any other sign of the zodiac. Could anyone tell me about "the lovable Lunar Crab" because I've never had a relationship of any sort with one. How are they? Are they loyal? Protective? Honest? What's up everybody? I'm all ears.

This is a good one. I've never been in a relationship with one of you but I know both signs would really understand each other. Its not so much Cancers being clingy as it is us needing firm reasurance in our relationships. We never really "cling" to anyone at all, were very protective.

For me it seems sometimes its hard to fully express love to someone I feally love cause it takes a lot out of me. There was a time when where my stomach would be in knots and I'd tremble in side cause i'd try to show too much and I'd have to stop myslef. Just love, I guess.

The sagittarius thing I think is because of jupiter sag's only planet and pisces having jupiter and neptune,I think i came across that too and it was for the reasons of being similiar personalities sort of,differances sure but similiarities.Anyways,don't assume you'll have a great or bad relationship with someone based by thier starsign,astrology is just pretty stars.*spacey moment*oooo

Are Cancers loyal? we all differ, my sister for instance would not hesitate to be disloyal, shes a cancer, myself on the other hand and also a cancer would not dream of being disloyal, theres no way i would do it, my other sister, also a cancer will joke and pretend to flirt but deep down shes loyal, theres 3 cancers from the same family all slightly different in thier ways of treating people.

Protective? well myself i would take a bullet in the chest to protect someone o love but on a more day to day basis yeah im protective of those i love, of myself, of those being badly treated or exploited.

Honesty? I will be honest with you if your honest with me, sometimes my honesty can hurt others, but im a firm believer in getting it out in the open, then i have a mind that does not torture me with lies and troubles as ive shared what i know with those who need to know.

Yeah I ca nbe disloyal in a second with most people cause I expect they'd be disloyal to me if they had the chance. However, with some people I'll always stand by them....just depends who I'm asked to be loyal to.

I have been in relationship with two cancers and one pisces. In all three cases the astrologers have been cent per cent right and Branh wrong. As a scorpio I need people who can give emotionally in equal measure if not more. I need people who can express their emotions without wondering if it is wrong or right while treating a lot of my weaknesses with sensitivity. I have found the water signs having greater ability in providing emotional security and also a great amount of variety in the relationship . There is never a dull moment between two emotionally deep people. Since their understanding of each other is so good they know how to motivate each other without dampening the spirit of the other. Both cancer and pisces are intelligent and creative . Cancers score over pisces on having practical sense about money matters and their ability to balance emotions and career. Inspite of being extremely emotional and sensitive they provide a very warm and stable hearth. They are very resourceful in many ways. My cancer husband brings in both, the emotional and financial stability.He never allows emotions to take control of his goals. This is where cancers score very high with scorpios and pisces. A pisces doesn't want to be criticised and looked down upon due to their emotionalism and logical sloppiness. They are very fragile people. Cancer deal with pisces with gentle firmness and are very effective. My cancer's gentle and firm handling never fails to take me by surprise as there are very few people who inspite of living in fast lane can still have such qualities.

Pisces and cancer are not selfish. They hold back when they feel insecure. That may come across as selfishness. For a Pisces man cancer woman is the best and for the scorpio woman the Cancer man. If there is one sign the scorpio and pisces donot manipualte much it is the cancer. Scorpio and pisces can right away see through a cancer and know that to get the best out of them one needs to be as less complicated as possible. Cancer gets bored with cosntant emotional dissection. Scorpio and pisces seem to enjoy it as they love mind games. But not a cancer. Quite contrary to popular belief scorpio and pisces would rather be in a relationship where they dont need to manipulate and at the same time enjoy it to the hilt. It makes life so much more easier.

Personally I disagree with that part. I wont speak for others, but indecisive and moody Cancer woman is one of the last things I want to have in my life. Scorpio is somewhat moody too, but they know when to shut up and move on. I think Pisces is least moody over water signs and beleive me I personally waste alot of energy to stay in ballance with what I have. It would be torture to try save your partner when she is down due to moodiness. No thank you.

Yup 19eleven hit it on the head about uncomplication thing only some things are different of course based on the sign stuff it depends on the cancer,pisces or scorpio as to which is best for them.Thats part of the reason me and my pisces works out so well,we know each well enough through being comfortable enough to say things without it turning into an arguement and even when we do argue it's not ever a yelling match or anything and have no problem keeping it cival.It's actually a very laid back and boring(except on a mental level) relationship without any of the drama thats supposed to be bad about the signs with emotions and stuff.Sure im a little more future minded and responsible than him but it works still,he actually cooks and cleans for his own damn self without looking at me to do those things too so it evens out and is kind of like a trade off of different responsibilities that isn't too hard to agree on from either side of it.I'd prefer a pisces over a cancer because of the moody stuff,I don't like drama and cancers seem to love drama in my experiance.

There is no reliable sucess/failure frequency of any sun sign combinations. Most of the literature on sun sign combinatiosn show what are the factors which can make a particual pairing successful and whatare the demons to watch out for. Intterestingly enough in my early youth i was attracted to men with whom i had 7-7 , 6-8 or square conbinations. And htese are supposed to indicate strong sexual attraction due to the tensions present in these combos.

More interestingly i got married to a leo..it lasted for 12 years. And my opinion is that teh cancers gorw fast too fast for the leo's good.

Now as i have matured close friendship/relationships have been with triplicity (scorpio, pisces)and sextile signs(taurus, virgo). One conssitent factor in my life has been always a virgo or two as a close friend or a genuine well wisher. It is nto a surprise that even my heatline is tied to a special virgo.

Cancer is one sign who will notice a slightest of change of expression on your face and attach a correct meanign to it. A cancer is a person who will corectly sense when your silky smooth voice is jsut a front or when it menas a genuine sign of affection. They can look at your face covered with black dark glasses and knwo what's behind them. At the same tiem they make it quite impossible for a scorpio t figure out whats behind their placid, soft moonbeam like appearance.Shakes up the scorps thoroughly, unless the cancer is the one who lays downall cards ont he table.

Why I am highlighting this aspect? Because this the prime source of conflict that a scorpio has with a cancer. But for other factors... soy nto in position to say much as i have never been much attracted to any scorpio myself.

Well Branh I atleast speak from personal first hand experience. Just basing things on observations or astrological knowledge is absurd to me. My experince always support my abservations.

Infact YOU will have to prove the validity of YOUR observations by stating what parameters have you been using to for your opinions about "triplicity relationships".

Will you define your version of "subjectivity" to me? My refernce to "dull" moment is to be understood not explained. I am afraid you have to be a water sign to understand this. My cancer husband, cancer ex and Piscean ex and water sign friends would have understood what I am saying without giving a lengthy lecture on their correctness. Even if they have to refute my statements it is done in few words which explain all. Look at haffo & Tiamat for instance. This is the kind of comunication level water signs share with each other.

Cancer and Piscean will go outside the relationship for advice even if they are involved with some other signs. This is nothing to do with their sun signs. I have seen virgos doing this no matter how much they love and trust their partner. Specially when they love deeply. People go outside the relationship for advice to get various perspectives.

Water signs may hold back for reasons much deeper and noble than you may ever guess. Your opinion about holding back is YOUR opinion. Need not necessarily apply to everyone. Tell me how many water signs have you actually known in your real life? If you have not understood that their reason for holding back may not have been for selfish reasons then I am afraid you don't have the depth required to understand the water signs. Most earth signs understand water signs too well to make the assuptions that you have. I am surprised at your lack of depth.

You yourself said that all signs manipulate. So let it be. Some people enjoy this cat and mouse game. Some who don't split. Some how you are using just the cancer/pisces example which has surprised me. The extremely manipulative combination among water signs are the Scorpio -pisces relationship and not the cancer-pisces .

Once again you are very wrong in saying that water signs cannot relate to someone who cannot convey emotions like they do. My twin brother is married to a leo and they are absolutley fine with each ohter. My cancer husband had a very fulfilling relationship with a female Aquarian. The split was due to their separate goals not the clash of signs or personalities. Though he agrees that their was lak of emotiona understndign that eh has with me. But it didn't bother eiher of them as there was so much more to their relationship than complete blendign of emotions.

We met by chance and not by design. Got long fabulously and fit in the astrological definition of wonders of triplicity relationships. Cancers are so imaginative and provide such variety in relationship. Their personality is blend of emotions, adventure, nurturing and practical economic sense. Accepting their moodiness is a very small prize to pay. It really doesn't bother me. Neither does my typical scorpionic overpowering personality bothers him. He is very proud of me.

In conclusion I didnot beg anyone to understand why water signs are ideal for each other. You have to actually be one to understand this.

Obviously you don't read well. I didn't comment on Tiamat & Haffo relationship . I commented on the way they replied to my post. It was short, precise and not trying to blow a trumpet. I fail to understand how you can be sure if I do or donot know about the life of other dxpnet members. My assessment of people are not based on reading the posts over here. They are all about people outside of this board and off the net. See I was right you are basing a lot of your thoughts, assumptions and conclusions based on what people have to say on the net. Your replies say it all.

I have to go now. Just wanted to clear the misunderstanding that you got about that haffo & tiamat point. I like those two. I donot want them to misunderstnad my posts. What I guessed she was refering to by never a dull moment is that you don't need drama in which you are mentally stimulated.Sitting around talking isn't boring and it actually is a non maniplutive,emotional,drama crazed relationship im in.As far as the astrologers go by thing I believe they go by just the elements and supposed "likes" in personality.Some of those things you are talking about seems to be only derived from astrology compatibility readings is probably why it's getting a untrue reaction from her.Haffos the perfect example of a pisces who likes to argue for truth sometimes lol,it's not all a starsign base as in the persons not going to be able to take constructive criticism when they are a pisces.Im lazy so I don't like alot of emo stuff even though im a scorp,im a b/tch yes but theres usually a reason for it beyond moods.Again NOT a starsign thing,I don't think it matters if my bf is a pisces or a leo to reality.I have good relationships with aquas and some are moodier than me.

I approached it positively and took my own opinion of what I thought she meant is why I agreed that water signs are uncomplicated because my own is when it comes to overly emo stuff.It's actually a really normal way of communication between humans,you percieve it the way you want to positively or negatively it just depends on the person on how they percieve it.
