Turn-offs? Hmm, I'd say:

-Never make fun of your Cancer, even if you think you're being gentle. They will take you seriously, and could get very hurt or angry.

-Let yourself be influenced by a Cancer's mood swings

-Expect to be the boss of a Cancer; they won't be stepped on. Emotional Cancer has definite ideas of what they want, and can be a bit manipulative when it suits them.

-Be too pushy at first or too rough later on. Your Cancer will lash out or shrink away from this kind of treatment. Cancers prefer to be petted or adored.

-Ever, ever treat family matters lightly or flippantly. Your Cancer may determine that you undervalue loved ones and domestic life, both of which Cancer holds dear.

-Never take anything away from them that is emotionally or materially meaningful, even temporarily

Never criticize other members of their family (especially the mother)
People who talk about themselves all the time
People who put themselves before them
Partners who won't talk about their issues
Don't pressure Cancer to take part in a conversation
Don't refuse their cooking
Don't ever forget important names & dates
And of course, they are turned off by those who do not have above average heigene. They may sometimes be junky or messy themselves, but with others they'd prefer you be very tidy & clean

And also, Cancers get easily turned off by those who cannot be direct or straight forward with them. Yes, sometimes they have a problem being direct themselves, but they still feel that they have the right to expect straight-forwardness from their partners.

Sugar coating or denying your own emotions (when around them) will def. turn them off. They feel that they are true to their emotions every step of the way (even though they know already that this side of them can easily annoy their partners), so being true to your emotions with them is VERY important to them

Being too boring in the bedroom can easily turn a Cancer off too. They like spontaneity. They don't like the same routine foreplay or sex every single time. They like to be suprised & taken aback by their partner's cravings to always please them. If they can sense that the sex or foreplay is always one-sided (meaning, they get the feeling that the only point of the sex with you is for THEM to be the only ones working hard to please you) they will easily sway from you

Oh & not to mention, they don't mind constructive criticism every once in a while, but they find trouble attaching themselves to others who are constantly negative about everything. Constantly complaining, constantly point out their wrongs, constantly finding ways to mess up a "good" moment or good day. If there's anyone in the relationship that's going to be down in the dumps or pessimistic, they want it to be themselves & not the other person.
