Being ignored by cap man

My cap man has stopped communicating with me, he no longer texts me or waves in passing. What is the best way to deal with this?

Have you tried to contact him?
Where do you see him, when you say he doesn't wave in passing - is this when he is at work??

Step back and ask yourself why are you making him important? If he is not giving you the attention you need and require then ignore him and let him see you don't need him to make you happy.

We spoke face to face at Christmas. I texted him to wish him a happy birthday and he texted me back and since then he has ignored me. I have not texted him again. If we pass each other whilst driving he no longer waves to me.

Don't look at him! Turn your head the other way as if he doesn't exist. If he is not calling initiating contact on a regular basis, he doesn't exist.

Does ignoring a cap make the situation better or worse?

Act aloof. Poker face. If you come across him. Simply appear cool cat. If you catch his glaze. Flash him a Mona Lisa smile. That will make him curious, and get him thinking. But the best actor has to feel the performance. That means you have to believe in what you are expressing. For whatever reason he is not talking to you....screw him. He is gum on the bottom of your shoe. Insignificant. Until he proves otherwise.

Its not about ignoring. Its about remaining mysteriously pleasant. Trust me!

Is he older or younger than you?? Does he work alot?

I found that that ignoring him will make it worse - alot worse, if you ignore him he will not contact you again as he will think you are not interested at all.

Perhaps you should text him to see how he is - then leave it a few weeks.... if he doesn't reply then at least you have tried!!

If you carry on doing what you are doing then you will keep getting what you are getting!

I really hope you get this sorted - I have been through this with the cap I am seeing and overtime i have got used to his behaviour - I know that I deserve better and I find that coming on to the forum discussing it helps me.

If ignoring him makes it worst, then make it worst! LOL! If he is not showering you with the love and attention you deserve then he deserves to go to the bottom of you are not important to me list. If he doesn't like it he will do something about it or don't waste your time, energy or effort on a man who is not treating you as the Queen you deserve to be treated as by any man.
