Cappy has me confused!

I recently started seeing a capricorn male, and I'm at a loss. I thought you cappys were supposed to move at a slow pace?! Why does he want a relationship so quickly? He texts me throughout the day, every day..has no fear of telling me how he feels.

He's not a relationship hopper, so I'm not afraid that he is just playing me. He has taken the last year off from dating to take care of himself, and think about what it is he wants from a woman. Within 24 hours of knowing him he was telling me that I'm everything he has been searching for. Now, being a cancer female, I melt a little at those words..but being hurt so many times, it's hard for me to just let go. How do I tell him that I want to slow down, without putting him off?

If you are "everything he's been looking for" then nothing should put him off. Maybe this will be your opportunity to slow it down and slightly test if he's bsing or not. He's excited about you, thats fore sure "eye roll" but caps are infamous for the hot/cold thing. Lets not hope hes just burning up right now. I wouldnt "test" him per se, but I would pay attention closely to see if theres anything there that seems flakey. Also enjoy yourself and pay attention to what you pick up and feel.

Well...maybe he's just ready. The cap I'm seeing now, when we first dated 5 years ago, it happened over night. We hung out, as friends actually and hit it off instantly. There was no question, he committed himself to me and was there for me and also called and texted regularly. Within a couple months he confessed his love for me, reluctantly lol, and got deployed...which is where things ended. But my point is, its possible for a cap to get drawn in quickly, if the right connection is there. Trust your instincts, not the lovey dovey stuff we put our hopes in lol
