Capricorn man-Clingfest 2009

Ok, I am Virgo and I work with a nice little Capricorn guy. From the start, we have always gotten along. He is a very nice guy and I enjoy working with him. He was with an Aries chic for awhile and then they broke up. He has been trying to get back with her and she keeps saying she doesnt know. He has been a jackass for a couple weeks because of this (I think). I keep asking him whats wrong but he says nothing, but hes acting like a d*ck. He has been one of my favorite people to work with, but now I am like whatever. He acts like he cant live without this girl and is so unhappy. I keep telling him to back off and stop begging her to come back. He says he is so lonely without her. Now mind you she has a mouth on her and treated him like he was her property. And she went off to training and was acting like a b*tch and jealous of his friendship with other females and they broke up. I feel sad for him, but I also just want to shake the sh*t out of him.

GP you are being way too soft for cap man, you make him feel weak, talk to him like he's a girl with the what's wrong and that will aggravate a cap to no end, he does not want pity, nor does he want anyone to feel sorry for him nor does he want your advice even if he ask your best response should be your strong you can figure it out, he will respect you more and most likely tone down his dick like attitude, Aries women are strong, her bitchy ways keeps him on his toes, also some cap men are some huge commitment phobes too so she probably makes him feel safe to express his love solely b/c she doesn't act like she wants him or his love, it's part of his growing pains process. Save your sad feelings and concern, tell him to buck up stop whining and act like a man and he will probably start chasing you too LOL or at the most sulk elsewhere...sometimes feeling sad for a man is the last thing he needs or wants.

I can definitely see your point and I will back off on that aspect. I dont want him chasing me, because I dont like him like that. lol It makes mad though because we have good work rapport. We also work with two Aquariuses and they work but its on their own accord. I could always count on him to do his part, now he is like whatever and just sits there and basically does little or no work with a sour look on his face. I am not in charge, but I have issues with having to do the bulk of the work. Especially since the Aquariuses we work with basically act like they can do what they want to do and leave the rest for me and cappyman. I know that what is required of us is not getting done and I am slowly on my way to freaking out about it. His damn love life is affecting his job performance and our section as a whole. Our supervisors dont really check after us, but if they did we would be in trouble. That really bothers my conscience, because now I feel I can not depend on him. I dont bother with the Aquariuses because they already act like they dont care and are selfish. One of the Aquariuses came into work and was scheduled to leave early and did not do a lick of work the whole time. I am sick of this.

"You need to hold the Aqua accountable for their part and not just cappy. He's going through a tough time right now so its natural for his performance to be effected as I'm sure if you were going through a break up you wouldn't be all bright eyes and bushy tailed at the job either. But it seems the problem is you have allowed the Aquas to not contribute the way they should and always assumbed you and cappy would keep things a float so you became dependent on him to insure you'd look good regardless of the effort everyone else was putting in now it has come back to bite you in the butt as cappy is not performing at his full potentional and now its leaving a question mark over your head. If you're going to be upset with cappys lack of performance you need to check the Aquas as well or do whatever needs to be done yourself. "

Let me tell you something Cusp of Magic, I have not allowed the Aquas to do a damn thing. I am not in charge of these people, but please believe my Scorp moon and Gem rising has checked their asses already. Me and Cappy are not keeping anything afloat because all the work is not getting done. Now with his love life in the pits even less is getting done. I have not said a thing to him. I do feel sad for him. I feel this way towards him, because I think more of him as a person than I do those two nimrods we work with. But I guess since he cant do any work then it just wont get done. 🙂

Im a cap male and I would really just want to be left alone. I can handle my own problems and have no desire to discuss at work or anywhere else what they are. Most cap males if they are like me at all already know what theyre gonna do to nip the problem in the bud. Simply tell him work performance is lacking. He should pick up the pace bc cappies dont like to lose jobbies.
