Ok I tried to go to cafeastrology to get a chart but what the person didn't tell me was that you have pay for charts. Can someone explain or point me in the direction of a site you don't have to pay for? I am so out of the loop about charts, rising moons, etc. All I know is that I am a Capricorn, My birthdate is December 27 if that helps out. Some help please??
