December Cap men different of January caps?

For me January Cap was very reserved,workoholic(never happy about career),talked a bit,not so humorous,not sentimental,kind of iceberg.
December Cap,content with worklife(same job for about 22 years),not happy because doesnt have a family(been married before,10 years ago,no children).Coming very strong,sincere,pessimistic,humourous,many texts ,calling,sentimental,chatty.
Why are the differences,since both are Cap?

Personally, I've had precisely the opposite experience when comparing December and January Caps. I find the ones born in January to be a tad more open and positive, and the ones born in December to be a bit more closed and negative.

Again, just based on personal experience.

I'm a bit more romantic if that helps.

The January ones are more career minded,more serious(men and women who i meet in my life).
I know Capricorn women born on 5 and 8 of January,totally career minded,who gave up on great love just to pursue their career(i know them well and career was big on their agenda,not a domestic diva).
The January man is serious,career minded one, i dated him for few months.2 days ago he asked me where i will spend New Year eve,if i want to go to a party with the people we both know from salsa(me and him didnt talk in the last 2 months).I kind of snap at him and said is totally weird to go there(i think he did it just to see my reaction and to show me such a good guy he is).Well,he is history,hopefully(i read about Capricorns who pop into your life again when they sense you dating someone else-).
The December man who i will go to see the fireworks,is quite funny(really funny in fact),kind of totally opossed ,mellow,loves animals(which the January hated ,was terrified of them,actually).
So,i think Capricorns are very different(though both of them told me i look like 28 years/o,which is not true iam 37),which is good from my point of view-)

Nope. Never been.

Most of the Caps that I know are either first or second decan, and Lucciferi's blurb fits the bill as far as I'm concerned.

My guy is 3rd decan. Ruled by a Mercury. ..hmmmm. gemini anyone—
